We were a group of 21 people and we all stayed in the hostel. our profs had single rooms which were cosy and clean. Our (students) rooms were clean too, some of them were a bit dark, but overall more than ok. I liked the staff, they were helpful. Somebody wrote that homeless people were walking around in the corridors.... more

I stayed in the 6 bed room for one night. The staff was pleasant, and the hostel was clean and quiet. One block from Central Park and the subway. Computer with internet available, $2 for 20 minutes. The position of this hostel is good BUT weigh up whether you want to share the place with HOMELESS people walking around the corridors. This place is a great place to stay if you are going with a large group, simply because you are all staying in rooms on the same level, you will understand what i mean once you stay there!
