Excellent! They erre really Kind. Make us chose the best room among many and also change our room when they realized was something wrong. We stayed 23 days here. 10 metres far from the subway stop! Close by walk to all! Unbelievable. Good breakfast even if was pratically free. Fine !

If you're visiting New York on budget, but still like to maintain some standard like we did, that this place is perfect. It was cheap, nice clean rooms, Wi-Fi in the room, toilet en-suite. Friendly staff, no names spring to mind, but that just proves, that they were all great.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in the city. We wanted to watch a show and do some shopping. It was great simple stay. The price was fantastic for the location and breakfast included. The room was clean and service was good. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to a friend.

I stayed here for my birthday in October 2014, and would definitely stay again. The location was ideal, so close to everything we walked everywhere and only got a cab once (we were lost and tired). The room was a good size, with clean bathroom. Stairs are often quicker than lift but that didn't bother us at all. Our room... More

Variety of rooms. Not a flash hotel. Clean and warm, fantastic location! Easy walk to so many attractions. Subway just a short walk. Yes the lift is slow, so? A wide variety of restaurants just outside. Staff friendly. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our time here. The manager took especial care that we were able to see all of the sites we had come to see. He was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. He always asked how our days were going and if we required anything. The Captain next door also took good care of... More

the best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. A few blocks walk to all the main attractions. The stairwells were grubby but the rooms were reasonably clean. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent but if you prefer something hot check out Captains Table next door. Very good value for money. I believe that the hotel is undergoing a total... We stayed here early January and would definitely recommend it. We booked then looked at the reviews.. I was worried by some of them but should not have worried at all. As long as you remember this is not the Ritz and it is also much better than other places we viewed. The room was a triple at the rear... More

This is a good hotel in great location just around the corner from the Empire State building and within walking distance of loads of attractions. The rooms are very clean and basic but really good sizes - my sons' twin was huge. Yes the bathrooms are functional if dated - ours looked ancient but once we got the hang of... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
