Booked this hotel as it had a really good location and was within our budget, however this is not to be confused with saying the price is reasonable, it was still expensive and when we got there we were even more annoyed that we'd paid for it. There are so many problems with this hotel the easiest way is to... More

Walked in and checked in...when I got to the room the sight was awful...the floor had cracked tiles with was not even covered with carpet. The room smelled funky. The room was so small with hardly and space to move around or fit my one suitcase. I had to go downstairs and asked for a refund and went to Homewood... More

Hotwire found this hotel for me and I was concerned about all the negative reviews I had read (many here). It turns out, this place was very good! Very affordable, great location, many parking garages nearby, clean, pretty quiet (except for ice machine next to my room), and extremely friendly staff. Recommended!

I recently stayed here with a group of friends on a road trip from Moncton NB Canada. The staff was really nice and helpful and it was cute in an old new York kind of way. Although the rooms are a little small the location more then made up for it. Time square was a very short walk away and... More

The most impressive quality of this hotel was the friendly and very helpful staff. Im from a small place in Ohio, and have been to NYC numerous times. Staying from four star to two star hotels. This was not a four star hotel. But it was more than adequate it was clean, safe, very affordable and most of all it... More

We stayed at the Manhattan Broadway Hotel for 1 day at 2 different dates. The hotel is old but clean with friendly staff always willing to help. The hotel is well located in the middle of the action in Manhattan about 5 minutes walk from Time Square. There is plenty of little restaurant near by like Noodle to Walk(great for... More

Hotels are not for staying in while in NYC. We did not come to NYC to stay in a hotel! We found one with a great location and reasonably priced. Yes, it is older, BUT the staff was EXCELLENT and helpful out of their way. Room was VERY clean, and we fit comfortably 6 in our suite. I would definitely... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
