I thought this hotel was quite worth it. The lobby's ugly, but the rooms are quite nice and clean. The housekeepers and front desk people are really helpful. For about $150 a night, 5 minutes away from time square, not bad at all! more

Rooms are small, but it is NYC. Except that, I had no problem spending a few nights at this place. Clean rooms, wireless internet, friendly staff. more

Lets see VERY NOISY. Staff came into the room at least 10 times asking for housekeeping when we had the do not disturb sign posted on the door. This isn't that bad of a place considering all the awful review it's gotten. Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip and was just fine. the place is clean, helpful staff and the location was perfect to get to almost anywhere in the city. more

After reading all of the negative reviews for this place, my boyfriend and I were pretty scared about staying at this hotel. The lobby really isn't terribly impressive, I must admit. Was expecting hotel to be poor if not terrible after reading reviews on trip advisor. Was not prepared for what we discovered. Nobody even heard of the hotel, bugs in the rooms, rooms not cleaned, leaking toilet, very noisy etc and the receptionist advised us we were getting the best room in the hotel. A joke !
