We stayed there in December 2014 and found the staff very friendly and the hotel very central, walking distance from Times Square etc. We were anxious about reviews of hotels having small bedrooms...we found they were small but still very adequate. We had loads of room for shopping bags (so many bags!!!!) aswell as our caress over had no complaints... More

My son, niece, sister-in-law and myself stayed at this hotel at the end November (21st-24th) for 3 nights. Booked through Travel Republic at a bargain price after reading great reviews. We grabbed the Newark Express bus (nice and cheap) which dropped us off at Grand Central Terminal, right around the corner! Five minutes later after a very quick, friendly check-in... More

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. ABSOLUTELY amazing hotel! The hotel was very clean. Grand Central station is just a few blocks away. The staff is awesome! We arrived at our hotel at 9;00 am (check in is at 3) and our room was ready and no extra fees! We will be using... More

Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear that you had a good stay. Every room at the hotel has WIFI. If you had difficultly with the internet connection in your room you could have called our front desk to check and make sure that everything was functioning properly. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. More

A festive trip to New York with my mam. Really had a great time. Had a mix up with the room and the staff really went the extra mile to help us with something that wasn't their fault. Make sure you know if the room is shared or private bathroom. Rooms are small. Beds are small if sharing, especially if... More

I was happy to hear that your stay at the Seton Hotel worked out well. In the future if you do not want to share a bed with the person in your room we have rooms with 2 separate beds that might be a better solution for you. More

We stayed for 6 nights - Our room (612) was comfortable, spotlessly clean with a great view. We shared a bathroom which we were slightly concerned about before we arrived but it was absolutely fine, again it was spotless and we never had to wait to use it. The staff were excellent and really efficient. The location is brilliant with... More

Excellent value hotel with great staff and incredible location. We loved it. I will advise that our entry level room was very small, but not a problem. Everything was spotless and in great shape. Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our New York trip. After a long journey from London we were so happy to be greeted by lovely hotel staff. They are genuinely happy to help rather than only helping for tips like some hotel staff and make you feel welcome. They were so helpful throughout the stay with... More

This hotel in New York was our first port of call after a long flight from Australia. It certainly is quaint but pleasantly decorated and we found the reception staff friendly and welcoming. Our room (502) was very small but clean and neat. Lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Laundry is very cheap to have done through the..

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
