Highly recommended hotel to stay in New York. Great location. Very good hotel with friendly staff. They are open, helpful and have good sense of humor. You can find tea and coffee, lot of useful information in the guest room and of course comfortable rooms.

I stayed here for 5 nights and overall it was an ok experience. The location is great, located just between lexington av and 3rd Av, it's near grand central station and only about 10 / 15 min walk to Times Square. The staff are friendly and the hotels decor is nice however our room was extremely small and was quite... More

Very central, 2 streets from grand Central station. Rooms are quirky, clean and although i had a room with a shared bathroom, it was modern and clean. Reception staff very helpful. Free wifi, free coffee

Our double room was very clean and perfect for the short stay that we wanted. The rooms are air conditioned and there is free wifi which is easy to connect to. Staff were friendly and welcoming all throughout the stay. One place to improve would be to say there is only one bathroom per floor between all of the guests... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 nights in mid Feb. First of all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but would point out that hotel can be quite noisy at night, and the beds are rather small. The hotel is located on East 40th St, which is about a 5 minute walk to Grand Central station (quite... More

I stayed here for 5 nights in March 15 and found it to be perfect as a base for exploring new York, 2 Blocks from Grand Central Station, 15 minutes walk to Times Square and surrounded by eating places. My room was a bit dated, but very comfortable, and there is free coffee & tea available, and a good sized... More

We arrived at The Seton on Dec 31st. When we arrived, we became aware that there was a mix up in our booking, a communication error either by the hotel or our travel agent resulted in us turning up to the hotel 1 day later than we had booked. We had pre-paid for 5 nights accommodation at The Seton. After... More

I apologize that management could not accommodate your request for a refund on the night you had to relocate . The so called "mix-up "occurred because you failed to show up on the 1st day of your reservation 1/30 and did not let us know that you would be arriving the following day instead. When a guest is a "no-show"... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
