Spent 3 nights. Perfect and quiet location in the UWS.Great rooms with small kitchenette and a very small bathroom Wifi worked perfect. Breakfast is very good. But be ready to wait outside in case you're coming on rush hours... Most of all I want to praise the staff. Especially Mr. Adam Larson Which was always helpful with a big smile.

We spent 8 nights in a clean and very quiet standard studio at the 15th floor. The king bed was very comfortable but the roll-away not at all! The tiny kitchenette had plates, cutlery and glasses just for 2 people although we were 3. Free breakfast is very good but the breakfast room is definitely too small, cable tv is... More

My husband, son and myself enjoyed a three night stay at the Milburn in a superior type suite. It was comprised of a tiny kitchenette, a good sized living room/ pullout sofa bedroom and a large, proper bedroom with a huge, comfortable bed (King Sized I think!) Location was great at Broadway/Amsterdam Avenues and street crowds were interesting, bustling and... More

We spent three nights here. The location is wonderful -- on a quiet UWS street, an easy walk to Central Park and Riverside Park (both of which are great to run in.) The location is very neighborhood-y (in fact, my husband lived in this very neighborhood for more than 20 years). We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite so our teenage... More

We stayed in this hotel overnight. Room was nice - we were able to fit a roll away bed. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was great - fresh bagels, fruit, juice, cold cereal, coffee, tea and yummy pound cake!

The hotel is nice and clean but the room i stayed in had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a New York hotel. It was very clean but very small. The room itself was a perfect size with a very comfortable bed. In general, the hotel staff was nice except when i checked out. They were just a... More

Located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan island, at 76th and Broadway. Close to subway station. I would stay here again. 1. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Raquel in particular was very helpful. I had trouble booking our room online - you get a discount if you book online. I could not get the website to confirm that... More

Our family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable. One kid slept on pull out sofa, another on a roll away. Had a small kitchenette and huge bathroom. Staff were all very friendly, my son needed sheets without bleach, so they were very accomodating and gave us a brand new set. It was nice... More

We just finished a stay (and end of our vacation) at the Milburn. We were their for three nights and found the hotel just wonderful. The staff were ALL helpful, friendly and accommodating, which makes any stay more pleasant. We had a room issue that was my fault (needed a lower floor, which i had neglected to note) and though... Our family of four stayed recently in a suite at the Milburn and enjoyed it immensely. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the queen-sized pull-out sofa bed was okay -- sofa beds are never as comfortable as beds and this one had a hard mattress but it was surprisingly comfortable enough. We enjoyed the layout of the suite --... More
