Great hotel, in an awesome location, at a fair price. A short walk to shops, restaurants, Central Park, & the 72nd street subway. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and had the necessary amenities.

Finding a hotel for a family of 4 is no small feat for a NYC vacation. My brother who lives in the city guided me this direction. Through much searching, I found this hotel that accommodates 4, has a kitchenette, 2 double beds, a tub/shower, is in a quiet safe neighborhood and offers free breakfast! After touring the city, I... This will be my new uptown hotel in NYC! On 76th, right off of Broadway, central to everything with great public transportation options and walkable to so much that's great about NYC. Read about it on this site, and it lived up to expectations. I always ask to be placed in a quiet room, away from elevators and any machines,... More

Studio was quite nice but the bathroom was a bit tight. Next time I will go for the suite. Would also ask for a better view than the alley but then again we didn't spend that much time in the room. The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is a gem in New York. It is clean and about as quiet as you can find in NY. The rooms are good sized. All have kitchenettes and some have a sitting room in addition to the bedroom. CD and DVD players are in all the rooms. The bathrooms are small as is the norm in NY. This... More

The Milburn Hotel is our "go to" hotel while in New York City. The staff is friendly, the rooms are always clean, and there is a delicious free breakfast. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Central Park, Lincoln Center and the shopping is great.

this was my second stay at the hotel and it was great! The staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms are far more spacious than any I have seen in a NY hotel of this level, the continental breakfast is very generous and has many healthy options. In short, I would enthusiastically recommend the Milburn and plan to visit again.

We moved to this hotel at the middle of our stay in New York in January 2015. We had stayed there previously and enjoyed the facilities. This time we had a very comfortable and aired room, with a window facing the lower end of Manhatten. The service of the room was efficient and we never saw the staff. Breakfast is... More

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is a nice convenience. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It's a great location, close to subway and bus stops, and an easy walk to Lincoln Center.
