I stayed here for the night. The customer service was exceptional! I got upgraded which was a very nice gesture. I was having internet connection issues and Joseph fixed it. He was readily available to answer all my other questions, and his friendliness was appreciated. This hotel is on the upper west side, I am originally a New Yorker and... More

We have stayed there in February and the weather was really cold. The heater was not functioning properly ( or I didn't know how to set it up). I couldn't think in a better neighbourhood. Lots of groceries, shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the Lincoln Center and the American Museum of Natural History. A good breakfast is also... More

We stayed there for 4 nights in July. It was a great location and although it is not a luxury hotel...It was very nice, very clean and roomy for 4 adults. Would stay there again for sure. There is a subway steps away and next door is a place to have a great breakfast. The door man was very nice and... More

The location is superb, could not the fault location, it is probably the only reason I haven't give the hotel a lower rating! We had an en-suite, a great size for 5 people sharing but the toilet was rather small and made sharing a bathroom rather difficult. Breakfast was awful. There was little choice and even less for those with... More

I have stayed at the Milburn Hotel for business a dozen times in the last two years and I absolutely love it. I appreciate the option to get a deluxe room that has a living room space as well as 2 beds for a very reasonable price! I usually stay on extended trips and the extra space is amazing! I... More

The Milburn is a friendly, clean, comfortable hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located (it's very close to the subway at 72nd St). If you prefer to stay in a quieter and more residential neigbourhood (while still being in easy reach of Downtown),... More

This very comfortable and elegant small hotel in the desirable upper west side will make you feel like you stepped back in time! It is a magnificently restored boutique hotel with all of the modern conveniences and comforts! Plush and comfortable beds and suites with a living room and kitchenette, two tv sets, -- all at a very good price... More

Very conveniently located to Broadway theaters and Lincoln Center. A courteous and helpful desk staff. Room was spacious and clean. Although we didn't use it, a small kitchenette was a plus. Excellent continental breakfast with terrific New York bagels. The only problem was the bathroom. It was tiny and barely wide enough to turn around in. There was barely room... More

We stayed in a suite on a certificate we won through a charity auction the hotel had donated so they likely had no proceeds from the stay. Despite this, they were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a nicely renovated older property hence the bathrooms are beautiful but without modern proportions the sink was a pedestal, type - no... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Milburn and found it a delight. We got an upgrade to a suite with a separate living/dining room and a small kitchen. Actually looked out at trees. Great location. Close to the #1 subway stop. Also close to Zabars,Citerella and Fairway for great take-out meals. Easy walk to Central Park.Nice French bakery across the... More
