The location of this hotel was great, close to Central Park and the metro in a nice neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit old fashioned. There was a small kitchen which was great for small meals. We also had the hotel breakfast included although it was quite boring and in a very crowded room. Service was... More

We stayed here for two college visits and the location was excellent. Walking distance from 72nd or 79th street subway stations, many excellent restaurants in the area and the awesome Fairway Market is right around the corner. We parked in the garage down the street for $63 for 24 hours but the hotel told us there were more reasonable garages... More

Lovely, comfortable room, large for NYC. Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but passable. We were upgraded to a suite with no extra charge. I really commend the desk staff.

The staff here was awesome. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast room attendant, and other helpful staff were so accommodating This whole staff are truly the best in around. The worked so well with each other. The best I have experienced in any hotel. This was also the nicest hotel room I have... More

I had to smile when we arrived at the Milburn, the lettering of Hotel logo, on the canopy and doors, looked exactly like the lettering of the old TV show, the Jeffersons. I was hoping that I wasn't walking back into the 70s. although he rooms are a little dated and tired, this was a great hotel. First and foremost,... More

Our family of three stayed at the Milburn for 9 nights in July. The hotel was the best option for our budget, and to be close to Steps on Broadway where our daughter was dancing. The hotel was in a great location. It was a 5 minute walk to the subway, there were great stores within 5 minutes as well... More

The Milburn is a three star hotel, for sure, but merits five stars for it is off the charts in terms of location, value and room size. Let's get to it. The pros. First, fabulous location, away from bands of tourists, yet four blocks from an express subway stop and a twenty minute walk to the heart of midtown. Dozens... More

Booked after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and very much enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as depicted in photos and reviews. Location is excellent and you can walk to Central Park or the closer Riverside Park, subway is about 5 mins walk and there are supermarkets, deli's and restaurants close by in a safe, residential neighbourhood. Hotel staff are... More

Always a great stay at the Milburn, and this trip was no different. The Milburn is a quiet hotel that is reasonalby priced, but is still close enough to the subway that you can get to most Manhatten sights within 30 minutes. On this visit, we were upgraded to a larger room, which helped a lot since I had my... More

I've been here many times, both and business and with my family. It's always a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is charming and very spacious for the city. We most recently stayed there while celebrating my son's birthday and the staff was very helpful with directions and such. It's within walking distance of Central Park and there's also many great...
