Highly recommended. Near touristic places, restaurants, etc. Should stay there on my next trip!

We spent one week at Altro Sutton Place by Glboe Quarters. Ms. Zebo Sokolskiy was always available and responded to our reservations, questions and requests in a very executive manner. We had a great time because the apartment was comfortable and clean, and it was so nice to just walk to everything. The Theater District was nearby, good restaurants and... More

Zebo and Engi welcomed us as family when we arrived, and the upgrade to a one bedroom apartment was most generous. The apartment (6C) was huge - closets everywhere so we could unpack totally and hide the suitcases. A bowl of fruit and breakfast supplies, plenty of spare linens, we felt very at home for our nine days in New... More

To rent a flat is a great option, to visit New York and to avoid wast of time (and money) due breakfast and sometimes fo the dinner. The Globe Quarter property has a very good location 15 min. on foot to 5th Avenue and 10 min. from the nearest Subway (green line), nearby there is also a good supermarket. The... More

I really enjoyed staying in 310 , by all meanings, I was fully satisfied with my choice. The apartment, the services and nice decoration of the rooms were an unexpected bonus. One special and BIG thanks to Zebo, she and her team really makes the difference..., available 24/24, always trying to help, to find a solution and ensuring that customers... More

I celebrated my 60th birthday with my wife and two grown-up sons in New York. The apartement was a perfect base for taking bigger and bigger bites in "the big apple". Perfect location in midtown, fruits and breakfast ready when we arrived(!), clean and plenty of space for 4 people to live in. Walking distance to everything there is to... More

My wife and I became tired of luxury hotels with a service for an unbelieveable and astronomic price. Just to give you the idea, our last two hoptels in NY were the Carlyle (a suite) and The Mercer (a junior suite). We were amazed and very pleased to have stayed at the Altro. It's not a hotel. But the room... More

We have just returned from a week at ALTRO Sutton Place. From Dec 28th to Jan 4th. It was a New Year's Eve at the Big Apple !!!!. We stayed in a Studio Apartment quite comfortable and fully equipped for four. We were three women, my grandaughter of 18 years old, my daughter of 37 and I (58). Very good... More

We had a very good stay in the apartment. The heating was very good, too much sometimes. The service was excellent in changing towels when we had the need. We found very useful the kitchen at night when we were too tired to go around. A grocery is just outside the main entrance door and is opened until 11 p.m.!!... More

Staying here formed part of a great weeks holiday which culminated in running in the NY Marathon. It is a central location, is spacious for 4, nicely looked after and is well heated. We felt as if we were part of NY and not holed up in a hotel room. All of the facilities worked well and the owner was... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
