This is a wonderful hotel. The location is terrific - maybe 100 or 150 feet away from a subway entrance for the 6th Avenue and Broadway subway lines. Plus easy walking distance to things like the Empire State Building and even Penn Station. The room is bigger than most that I have seen in New York City. The staff members... More

This hotel is clean and very well located. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is the best. The rooms are very small but this is NYC! They really know how to take care of the customers here and I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to the city. Close to Broadway and to shopping etc.

Ninety percent of the time that I come to New York this is the hotel of my choice. My husband and I both love it. (I believe he also reviewed it on here). We have been coming back and forth to New York on business for about 4 years. This is the most convenient hotel for us. It has all... More

My husband and I both enjoyed this hotel. It was an easy walk from Grand Central Terminal. Check in was quick and we went to the lobby bar for a refreshment. The only negative about the entire hotel was the bartender. He clearly loathes his job. Our room was on the 15th floor and had a spectacular view of the... More

Overall a nice hotel in a great location, very close to Penn Station and Herald Square subway station. The customer service was excellent and the condition and cleanliness very good. No complaints at all with my stay.

I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel last week and was blown away by the service we received. We were greeted with a cheery smile and checked in with no trouble at all. When i got to my room i was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, there was a coffee maker, fridge and a microwave so... More

This is an ideal location that is close to trains (Penn Station), various subway lines, theaters and every other mid town attractions. The Hilton staff was very proficient and just as attentive. We were made to feel welcomed upon our arrival and they provided us access to our rooms quickly even though we had arrived earlier than expected. This was... More

We checked in to the Hilton Garden after a long trip and it was the most amazing experience. Jessica and Kathy could not have made us more welcome. Then before meeting with friends we stopped at the hotel lounge and Mike at the bar continued the great experience. Beginning to end this was a great stay and will definitely back.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
