This hotel has a great location and is only steps away from the Javitz center. Jasmin was great during the check out process. She was super polite and helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable, the bed especially. They also had a lower level with coffee, tea and hot chocolate that you could help yourself to at any time.

Staff was awesome, very professional and happy. We Loved Jasmine especially! place was cozy and clean :) We were on a business trip which was at Javits Center so walking distance was easily accessed. Alot of places to eat around and Jasmine reccomended to us Sunlight Dinner open 24hours which was where we ate every morning.

Lovely accommodations, footsteps from the splendor of the city. Our room was nice and warm which made returning back to the room after a day or night out a pleasant experience. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy room. In proximity to everything (including transit) but not in the middle of crazy "tourist land" A human scale hotel. All contributed to make this a great trip!

However, the service was outstanding!!! Jasmin was the GEM in this hotel. My wife and I felt like we were old friends with her... More

Had a great stay, the rooms were small but clean and hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Only problem was they ordered us a shuttle for ride back to Newark airport and was told it would be $85 then they charged us $135 when we got to the airport, kinda left a sour taste but overall was a good... Amazing good service from the staff, who gladly helped with any questions. A bit small rooms. Nice with free coffee. Great location close to Time square and Empire state building. Missing a lounge/lobby.

Like many mid-priced Manhattan hotels, the rooms at this property are very small. If you haven't stayed in Manhattan before, you'll laugh at the closet size of the rooms. If you're a Manhattan hotel veteran, you know what to expect. There's minimal furniture and floor space. The rooms with 2 beds are a little bigger, but still incredibly small. Furnishings... More

Great, off the beaten path location, and excellent value. Good rooms and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended!! A short walk to the theater district, Times Square, and other points of interest. I look forward to staying here again :)

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
