A very funky hotel in between 5th Ave & Broadway. It has decent sized vintage inspired rooms and funky decor throughout. The lobby/restaurant downstairs boasts great food and is an awesome place to chill, socialise and party! The staff are extremely helpful!! The lifts are a tad slow but no big deal. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay... More

My family had a wonderful time last weekend at the Ace. We were celebrating my brother's birthday, and were an age diverse group - from 20 to 80. Beautiful lobby, fun comfortable rooms, and great staff. We had dinner in a private area, upstairs, but overlooking the action - great open kitchen. The food was superb, highly recommend, loved the... More

The hotel front staff is extremely nice and willing to help out. The rooms are large but the bathroom is the size of a small closet. The cleaning folks are terrible, they never replenish anything used. Maybe this was a case of everything went wrong, but when the staff tells you the room you have is "special" and has a... More

Very cool lobby/bar - great decor. Very dark once you entered, including in the lifts and hallway. My room was actually a decent size despite booking a 'small' room, although bathroom very small. The room did have a musty smell.... I think the bathroom doesn't ventilate properly - this was quite a big negative. I always left the bedroom window... More

The staff is friendly and helpful. Some rooms a small even for one - but it is NYC! Parking is not cheap; the location is good and accessible to everywhere. The subway is close by to get around quickly. A nice option on any given day.

Thank you for your kind words Pete C! We are happy you enjoyed your visit. Parking fees in NYC aren't fun, but we found that parking in a lot is much cheaper than dealing with a tow. You did the right thing! We hope to see you again soon. Warm regards, The Staff of Ace New York More

Having stumbled upon the Ace Palm Springs a couple of years ago, my husband and I did not hesitate to book a room at the Ace for our three-night stay in New York. We were not disappointed. We brought our two teenager daughters and booked a room for four. This is Manhattan so we were expecting the room to be... More

One of the coolest hotel bars I've been to. The tables and chairs feel like the reading room in a small college library a d are very relaxing. There is also quiet here which is rare. The event space is also great. We were in the liberty room which is expansive and has a great decor with a trendy feel.

This hotel really took me by a surprise. Walking into a room full of pple and really loud music I first wasn't sure if I'm really in a hotel lobby. Cool looking and friendly reception desk staff, original interior, overall I enjoyed my week-long stay. Two things - water, tea and coffee could have been for free for such a... More

This place has a fantastic location in New York. Close enough to walk to central park (it's a long walk) or Greenwich village (that's a long walk too). The hotel is funky, its definitely boutique style, but much bigger than you'd think. As soon as you enter the hotel you'll notice how dark it seem, dark and quite loud. This... More

Had dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant, Breslin. The food was fantastic and service was superb. Cocktails were divine. It was my friend's birthday and our beautiful server Erin took extra good care of us. So glad we ended up here!
