I booked this apt at 175th street and put a deposit down. I had to cancel due to husband's vacation being changed. So I cancelled this rental 36 days prior to my scheduled arrival. I was charged an exorbitant cancellation fee of 20% of my deposit for "Administration Fee". I did read the contract and my interpretation of it was... More

I visited the city with my kids (13 &9) and the apartment was perfect for us! Very clean with an updated kitchen & bathroom. The location was great...the A & C subway train was right out our front door so that made it even better!! The staff was AMAZING....very accommodating & willing to help! This is a very budget-friendly alternative... More

Excellent uptown place if you want to stay in Manhattan but you don't want to be in a noisy street. Close to the subway, half block away from Broadway Av, near George Washington Bridge. Affordable, comfortable, full cable TV, great accommodations!!

That could be easily remedied. Second, the windows got little light and looked out to nothing so we kept the shades down - a... More

We stayed in this one bedroom apartment with our four children and it worked out well for a place to sleep while visiting NYC. It wsa less than a half block to the subway, which offered the express train that put us in Manhatten in about 10 minutes for $2.25 each! The apartment was clean and nicely updated. It would... Seven of us gals came to NYC to celebrate our retirements. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental was perfect for our needs. The large bathroom was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. We were close to the subway. There is a very nice restaurant around the corner that is very affordable. The larger of the 2... More

We were very pleased with our 1-bdrm apartment at 712 175th in Washington Heights. It's only one building away from an express subway line, which gets to midtown in about 20 minutes. Our Internet connection was poor to nonexistent the first two nights, but was fine after that and the rechargeable battery died on the cordless phone, but both are... More
