Decently priced hotel in good location near shops, restaurants, and subway lines. The hotel itself is pretty bare-tiny tiny rooms, no amenities, super thin (and few) towels, odd room layouts. Not bad for a brief stay alone but nothing more.

Average hotel with no surprises. One night another guest was having a loud party in their room - I had to call the front guest 3 times over the course of the night with very limited success. No natural light or exterior view - had an interior window, which was not pleasant given we were there for 6 nights.

Great hotel, great front desk teams, and outstanding service... especially Candice and her Latina co-worker whose name escapes me. Both ladies were phenomenal! Great Job and will certainly return next time we are in NYC.

Hotel is in Chelsea section. Boutique style. Just one elevator so be prepared to wait. Had room on 4 floor. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Rom desk was too small to be if use, Bed is low to floor- I don't think it was on any frame. The hotel is on a busy street so the noise level... More

The staff are the reason I am writing this review. They really worked the nice. Reasonable rates. Small but comfortable rooms. The location is perfect for those looking for an area with all the amenities in between the village and times square.

The hotel was very clean and the free wifi and robes were definitely a plus. Many things are in walking distance, including the A, C & 1 train along with wonderful paces to eat also and there is on street parking! The only con was the room size, the rooms are smaller than expected but it wouldn't discourage me from... More

The hotel and room were very clean. The front desk is awesome! The rooms are small so please take note. It is convenietly located, a few blocks from MSG & The Empire State Building. Overall, it was a good experience.

Room was too small for two person and very dark. Did not feel comfortable and definetly other than the pictures in the internet suggested. Location in Chelsea is great. Roof top was also a dissapointment. Just some tables with chairs. Noisy surroundings from all the machinery.
