I want to start by saying that the staff was amazing! However, the hotel can use some work. We rented the one bedroom suite with a kitchen. The room was huge (by New York standards), wood floors, full kitchen and nice views. The first night I found hair on the bed, i called downstairs and after a long time they... More

Hotel has a musty stuff smell, probably coming from a large stain in the carpet. As you walk down the hallway you get the sense of being in a college dorm.. Here's the list of things that just don't make sense for any hotel!!!!!!!! - banged up and scratched doors -closet door handle broken and hanging through broken wood -... More

No frills here. The lobby is pretty basic and there is minimal staff around. They are helpful and friendly, but don't expect a particularly warm atmosphere full of service. The elevator and hallways feel a bit dated and worn out. The room itself is very minimal, and not in a particularly understated elegant way but just in terms of furnishings... More

I paid £104 for a night here, I paid for a standard but I had a complimentary upgrade to a suite. It was a nice room with a big TV, comfy bed and sofa. The room was clean but it needed something extra some pictures and a coat of paint would do it wonders. Also the tap in the bathroom... More

I stayed at the hotel in late October. The cost of the room was $800 USD for three nights. For that price, even in NYC, I'd expect something better than a university dorm feel. No comfortable chair to sit in, no rugs or mat on the hardwood floor, fairly banged up walls and closet doors that didn't close properly. The... More

I virtually live in hotels. I called to see if i can get an early check in, the woman who answered the phone, I couldn't understand and apparently there was no one else there to speak with. Ok, I have a bad back, i was barked at, then i get to the hotel at the appoined time. I suggest that... More

We relied on reviews and photos when we booked our stay in Sept. We were actually a bit excited at first as I like to experience different hotel chains. However, contrary to the reviews we had read at the times, the hotel was in poor condition. We checked in quite late, went out at night, and were leaving really early... More

Even though the elevator and corridors were outdated, and the lobby was modern but small, we loved the spaciousness of the room. It is not like your ordinary squashy hotel room, it is on the 'trendy' side. We could easily place our shopping bags on the floor, next to both of our two large suitcases (that were open). The room... More

The place is in a good location and appears nice on the outside, but the place is really outdated on the inside and the rooms are falling apart. The carpet in the hallways is stained and nasty and the wallpaper is peeling away from the walls. The room was clean but the pergo floor was peeling and the bathroom fixture... More

My boss and I stayed at this hotel during a business trip for a week. We had seen and read many positive reviews prior to our stay so once we arrived we were very disappointed by what we found. The room was not the cleanest and seemed very small for the price. Our bathroom linens remained on the floor after... More
