I arrived several hours before the stated check in time and was able to get into my room early...I was thrilled. The room was a little smaller than I like, but was very clean and had everything that I needed. During my trip I had a package delivered to the Hotel and the staff was very accomodating in making sure... More

This is my ideal 'model' of a Manhattan hotel as a practical exercise - there are others in the chain (and similar) that are comparable, but let's just focus on this one. Not a massive hotel, but a good number of rooms. The rooms are quite spacious, which is a luxury in central Manhattan. I had two double beds in... More

Booked here due to proximity to my office, but also convenient to the Empire State Building (you can ask for a room with a view of it) and across the street from Macy's. Also a quite manageable walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters straight up Broadway. While the hotel is compact with only 8 rooms per floor on most... More

I was traveling alone this time, and room was just big enough for myself, on the other hand its not unusual for New York, Breakfast was very nice as free internet) not easy to get in Manhattan. Hotel is in amazing location, right next to subway, blocks, from Empire State, Macy's, Time Square.

The Hotel is very good and have an excellent location. The breakfast is also great. The rooms are very big and have a lot of equipement. Froom my window I could see the Empire State Building and is 5 minutes walking from Brodway and Pen Station

Excellent. From our arrival to our departure. Could not fault the hotel on anything. Location excellent. Breakfast very good and Reception staff most welcoming. Would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. The location in Midtown Manhattan is hard to beat, with several sights, restaurants and Penn Station all within walking distance. Check-in was fast and efficient, and during our entire stay front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We decided to pay the extra amount to have a room on a higher floor with... More

This hotel is located right in the thick of it, yards from the amazing Empire State Building and much more. Macy's is a minutes walk away but watch out for all that street food, delicious. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast in the morning is more that adequate for providing you a great start for hungry site seeing.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
