I visited New York last year (sorry for the late review) and stayed here. The location is great, above a Starbucks and next to the tube station. There are some great restaurants within walking distance including a couple of good Indian restaurants. 20 minutes on the tube and you are in the heart of the reason you probably travelled to... BRILLIANT just BRILLIANT. From the minute we arrived we had nothing but good things to say. We check out tommorow but done this just now as enjoyed this place so much. Everything is as youd expect for the price you pay infact having lived in and worked in hotels the rooms and service here are better than some other more... More

I stayed with my wife in February this year the stay was atrocious. We left two days early as the rooms we in a very poor state and it was more like a hostel than a hotel. stay at your peril! They will not offer a refund.

This hotel far exceeded all of our expectations. None of us were expecting anything spectacular when we paid €900 for 3 adults for 7 nights. However what we received upon arrival was fantastic service (with a smile), the staff were so genuinely nice and friendly and really made our stay special. The lounge area is alternative and quirky looking, we... More

Couldn't fault this hotel, great location with a subway right outside, the staff were very attentive and ready to assist with anything! We stayed in a queens size room which I would recommend, I got a peep at the doubles and they are small! We stayed in room 402, which had a street view window. Rooms do get VERY got... More

I wouldn't even know where to begin. All I can say is, any comments that give more then one or two stars are not representative of the population of guests that stay there, perhaps 'got lucky' or are not aware of what standards should be expected when paying money to sleep somewhere. The double bedroom room was so small I... More

The rooms are clean, they have pretty much anything you need and the location is just fantastic!! The subway is right next to the hotel:) I stayed 2 months there and I didn't really have any major issues. Also, the staff's really nice!! Hotel was comfy. We had a room that overlooked the main Street (Broadway but that is what we asked for) so was a little noisy. Staff were great. Stairs were very tiring at night time after walking round the NYC all day (no lift) Not much I can say about the hotel we got up every morning at 7am showered... More

Cute Moroccan decor in the bar. Friendly bartender with great drink prices. Small but adequate rooms. Located right across from the subway which was a huge plus! Front desk manager very friendly, gave great restaurant advice. Only caveat is that you may have to go up a few flights for your room since here's no elevator. Overall, I was satisfied... More
