A nice small, convenient hotel with relatively spacious rooms. But...there are compromises. This is walk up only with no elevator - even to get to the front desk. If you have a room that faces on Broadway be prepared for considerable street noise. On our recent stay, the AC did not work and the wiring looked iffy. The water pipes... More

This hotel was a great little find on Broadway, situated right next to the subway and a short walk to central park, Very friendly staff and it has it's own bar tucked away out of sight (we took a couple of days to notice it). The room had everything you needed with a hairdryer for the ladies - the only... More

This is a handy little hotel, very close to the subway. lots of small restaurants within walking distance, including McDonald's and Subway for a quick snack. Near to the north end of Central park (3 blocks east). Rooms are adequate as a place to rest and set off sightseeing. Steps from street level to desk are very steep, with no... More

Dear devoir, One of the perks of staying at the Marrakech is definitely the location: safe neighborhood, steps away from the subway station, and lots of restaurants to choose from! Thank you for your review and we hope that you stay with us again. Best regards, Angel More

Close to subway, on a convenient location on Broadway avenue! I strongly recommend it ! The staff are friendly ! It was a nice stay! I stayed for a day! I have a large experience in hotels in NY and it was a good balance with price and location! Try to it!

After reading the reviews on trip advisor, my husband and I were concerned to say the least! Thankfully we had a brilliant experience here. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and this hotel is not a very high star rating but we didn't need it to be. If you come to NYC and spend most of your time in... More

Stayed here April for five nights. At first I was shocked at the room, quite small, they don't vacuum the edges of carpet. Furniture basic. But! The bed was very comfy, the pillows a dream. Bathroom was 'okay' some brand new towels... Some old towels. The view? No way... The wall opposite ... Why don't they opaque windows when view... More

I recently stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend while on holiday in New York. The hotel ok for what we paid and to be honest we were only in the hotel for sleeping as we were much too busy exploring the amazing city! Only 2 downsides were the shower and the fact there is no lift in the hotel.... More

The hotel is below average not fancy or anything near it but clean and the stuff are friendly, very near to subway so the location is good. however the internet is bad, no elevator and there is so much noise.

This is more of a hostel than a hotel, all I can say is that people giving this a good review must have low expectations of a hotel. Yes staff were friendly they were always on their phones texting! We were shown one room which was very small so they gave us another room slightly bigger with no storage at... More

I would start by saying that the hotel is in a great position very easy to get the subway from outside the hotel! We bought a 7day ticket for $31 couldn't be better!! On arrival we were greeted well and there was a great atmosphere we were told as we were before 3pm the room available was on the 5th... More
