My sister and I love this hotel. This is the second year in a row that we've stayed here. The location is great. We stayed in one of the suites it was very spacious and spotless. The staff is very helpful and friendly and we will definitely stay there again.

I'm not going to repeat what everyone else has already said; this place is just great in all aspects. One thing that was more "weird" than "negative" was that it could take a few minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. But, if speed is that important to you when taking showers, you might have other "issues"... More

Best hotel staff ever. Great location, right next to Time Square and Broadway theaters. 5pm cocktails and apps. Good continental breakfast. so i have nothing else to say but must have a min 200 letters.

The Casablanca had received such raves on TripAdvisor that I was prepared to be disappointed. I wasn't. I had reserved the smallest room. It was indeed small, but extremely comfortable, with all the amenities. The staff is super helpful. The second floor library is a lovely retreat. Couldn't be more convenient, either. Just steps away from Times Square and the... More

It is very difficult to to write a review for the casablanca as everything has already been said by previous reviewers. The Casablanca is doing something right , customer service that is outstanding. In this modern faceless world the Casablanca has gone back in time to treating customers like friends and valuing them . Other hotels should take a lesson... More

Having stayed in the sister hotels The Giraffe and Elysee we where sure the casa blanca would impress and it did. Friendly, helpful staff- no ask was too much. It was my birthday weekend, therefore arriving to my room with a birthday card on the table from the hotel was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was great, the best... More

Superb staff: young, capable, attentive. Well-furnished rooms: excellent beds and bedding, robes, decent-sized bathroom (for a boutique hotel in Midtown). Breakfast was fine--sort of "continental-plus," with rather institutional baking, but with very sweet staff in a charming room. And the whole hotel is soothingly, amazingly quiet. We slept very well three nights in a row--half a block from Times Square.... More

We stayed for 5 days in February 2015. When we first arrived we were greeted with great enthusiasm by Jason who explained all that the Hotel offered and how close we were to Manhattan's wonderful theatre district. Besides the very comfortable room, there is an all day snack room (Rick's) which is also where a continental breakfast is offered daily--complimentary... More

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in February 2015. From the moment we arrived - reception, guest services, staff in Ricks we couldn't have felt more at ease from helpful professional friendly staff. The room was great, everything you need plus robes and slippers and a well stocked bathroom. The additional extras requested were all in place and... More

This boutique hotel is an oasis of calm right on the doorstep of Times Square. The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was cosy and warm despite the sub zero temperatures over the Valentines weekend. The continental breakfast offered porridge, breakfast cereals, boiled eggs and a choice of bread and bagels.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
