Small but beautiful and excellent service. All the staff encountered showed courtesy and genuine caring for all details. Despite it is just next to Times Square, the rooms are very quiet. Also nicely decorated, simple but with taste and lots of lights. The breakfast/lounge room on the second floor is inviting and also allows for quick meetings or discussions during... More

We were travelling with a Service Dog for a wounded warrior and the Casablanca staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Great location a half block to Times Square. "Rick's Cafe" on the second floor was a really nice, comfortable lounge to relax and catch... More

This boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem. My best friend and I spent a long holiday weekend here and it was truly a pleasure. The location, staff, comfort and cleanliness are outstanding. The continental breakfasts, nightly wine and cheese and snacks throughout the day were wonderful and served in a cozy, delightful common area with beautiful fireplace. The staff... More

An intimate boutique hotel styled as the name sugests. The front desk were effective and swift and had us in our room in well under 10 mins. We had a deluxe room with a queen bed. The room was small in comparison to other hotels around the world but this is New York, there's a reason everything gets built towards... More

This was our 4th stay at The Casablanca Hotel and it still does not disappoint. The staff are always so welcoming, and it started with Victor the doorman recognising us and welcoming us back. Location just off Times Square is ideal for all the central attractions and sub-way; and there are numerous nearby restaurants. The hotel's continental style breakfast makes... More

Pros: close to time square but quiet, very clean, good room size Cons: outdated, centralized heating system ( you cannot change room temperature), carpet floor In sum, a good hotel to stay while visiting New York. I would not go there if I was in a business travel

If you are looking for a real welcome, individual rooms, a great atmosphere and a fine location in NY then this is the hotel for you. We were looked after so well from the moment that the door was held open for us, through the warmth of the check-in and the immediate "of course£ response to any requests right up... More

We stayed at the Casablanca last weekend. The staff was very attentive, the second floor lounge is a comfortable get-away from Times Square with breakfast in the morning, wine in the afternoon and snacks available all the time. We were not so happy with the room. We had a queen (there were no kings available) which was small. When you... More

Fantastic, service awesome the staff friendly and helpful, nothing to much bother. Really clean and rooms great, beds very comfortable. Small hotel right nest to Times Square. Lovely touches coffee/tea available 24 hrs. Lovely breakfast and cheese/wine 1700-1900 each evening. If we come back to New York we would stay here. It really was great.

We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay at the Casablanca. We stayed in TS for easy access to the theatre district and we will stay here again! The property has character; it's older but very well maintained. The rooms are small but well appointed and very clean. We were very impressed by the staff; everyone was exceptionally... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
