Stayed for four nights at the beginning of march. The manager Chris and every member of staff were so friendly & helpful. The food was delicious and location is very central. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Not opulent but a very comfortable, friendly small Irish-run hotel close to NY attractions such as Bloomingdales, MOMA and Central Park. Would have been nice to see a few upgrades - all-cotton robes for example, vs scratchy cotton/poly. The nightly turn-down was a nice touch.

A boutique hotel it may be, but the staff of the Fitz go beyond, not because they have to but because they want to.very reasonable, the suites are bigger than most and worth the money. Anna in the restaurant and Chris in management are truely a godsend for the single traveller and family alike.

I stay at Fitzpatrick's at least twice per year on business from Ireland. The rooms are very well apportioned, the staff are extremely welcoming and it feels like a little slice of home when travelling to the big apple. From Shane Cookman right down to the individual staff, it is a very well run establishment and one that I would... More

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is an oasis of calm in a great busy city. Every member of the team we met were fantastic and the hotel was spotlessly clean! If you are going to New York..... Stay here and you will not be disappointed at all. Keep up the good work guys 😄

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. Bed is really comfy, room is a decent size for NYC and staff are helpful and friendly. The bar is also pretty nice, and it's in a good location. Can't bring myself to give it 5 stars purely because WiFi is $16.95 a day, which is massively unreasonable. You'd be... More

First let me say that the price we got was really good. I just now went and checked prices for other weekends through the spring and they are all higher or much higher. I think perhaps it was a mid-winter lull or something. The hotel was simply fantastic. I still can't believe we were staying in midtown Manhattan in a... More

We spent one night at this great location! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Valet parking was easy and efficient on arrival! The lobby and bar areas are lovely and our room was inviting! The concierge was helpful with maps and a florist recommendation nearby! We look forward to staying there again! Excellent find!

From walking through the door to leaving the staff here could not have been more friendly and helpful, the bar was great and the food was good - not fantastic but good. Got a suite and a bottle of champagne as it was my birthday, so a big thank you. Would recommend to anyone wanting a more personal hotel than... More

My family and I recently visited the Fitzpatrick Manhattan on Valentines Day Weekend to celebrate our daughter's 13th birthday and our 15th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff was awesome, providing complimentary warm cookies and champagne on ice upon our arrival. The suite was beyond comfortable and was just the right size for our family. The only complaint is that the... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
