snow over much of NE USA (tho not in NYC) so a warm welcome at the Four Seasons was appreciated. Taxi driver didn't know whether we should enter from 57th St ('front'), or 58th which is at the 'rear'. Either way you need to go up stairs to check in. I was in a very comfortable large room, with large... More

Great hotel, great location. The higher rooms have a commanding view of the city. If you happen to be in NYC over the weekend try the brunch. I'd heard a lot about the famous New York brunch and the one on offer at the Four Seasons was everything I'd been lead to expect. I was visiting with friends & even... More

It has been a very long time but we came back to the city to check out World Trade Center and do some shopping. Loved our suite at FS - it was huge. One very important thing they did not tell use is you have to turn your privacy button on or else the maid is going to wake you... More

Stayed at the hotel for a full week and in the end it felt like home. Service was impeccable and personal. Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom extremely well appointed, complete with aroma candles. From our room we could just see Central Park, so location is great. Doormen were always welcoming and helpful. Concierges very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We... More

The Four Seasons take customer service to another level On checking in at the Four Seasons I asked if I could have a high level room to escape the road noise which had kept me awake on my last visit to the city. After a brief wait I was offered a room on 49th floor with views to die for.... More

When you know what to expect from a hotel chain it rarely disappoints and the Four Seasons New York certainly did not disappoint. This is yet another positive notch on the companies headboard from us. On arrival the doorman (Ricky) was professional & friendly in dealing with our luggage and directing us to Reception (which is slightly obscure in its... More

Class personified. This has got to be one of the nicest, elegant hotels in NYC. Right from the doorman to the front desk, they seemed to be expecting me. My key was given to me before I even reached the front desk. Wow!

I stayed here with two other business associates from the UK in October. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in NY and this one blows the opposition away. Location fantastic if you want to experience the Central park side of New York. Rooms are superb. Frankly don't have a bad word to say and i have stayed in... More

Stayed here couple of nights, arrived after a long flight from UK, the room wasn't ready so we had a drink at the bar, service excellent and staff helped with luggage etc. I was surprised when the drinks weren't offered complimentary, As we got presented with the cheque! We travel all over the world and if the rooms are not... More

Great hotel, attentive service, excellent food, top quality concierge, great location. Worth every penny. All aspects of service, from car pickup at airport, arrival, check in, breakfast, service through the day, concierge, and return to airport were perfect.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
