I booked this trip as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We were seeing a show and staying the night in one of our favorite hotels. I chose a city view although it was a little out of my budget. I was extremely disappointed in that the view was of the top of some other buildings where construction was taking... More

Loved our extra large room, the very friendly staff (especially Beth at the Front Desk) and all the wonderful amenities in the room. The hotel is located very central to shopping and Broadway. Drinks in the bar were amazing. We hope to return real soon.

We stayed at the Four Seasons for a couple of nights and were not disappointed. The location is hard to beat: close to Central Park, metro station, 5th Avenue and a 15-minute walk from Rockerfeller Center. The staff was amazing, super friendly, accommodating and helpful, the food delicious (we only ate there once), the rooms are spotless, very comfortable and... More

The Four Seasons used to be in my top ten, no five hotels worldwide - not now unfortunately! The rooms were a disgrace - tatty with mismatched furniture. The restaurant was closed and the bar/restaurant had an extremely limited menu and wine list, was badly lit and uncomfortable - they were changing the list we were told - we stayed... More

Our stay at the Four Seasons was everything we had hoped for. It was our first family visit to NY at Christmas time and we were hoping for a magical time, which was what we certainly had! The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The rooms were spotless - although I can see what others are referring to in... More

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was truly beautiful at Christmas time with the decorations and the huge tree in the lobby. The children felt very special being allowed to take an ornament off the tree after Christmas.

The Four Seasons for me is all about the service. I used to stay a lot at the Houston Four Seasons, which physically is nothing special but the service was great. I loved it. The Four Seasons in NY has good perhaps even very good service but it is not a match for other properties. I have had amazing stays... More

The service at the Four Seasons NY was spectacular: Before even traveling to NY we talked with Clancy, the Concierge. He provided a list of activities, well known and not so well know that was so helpful and so appreciated. When we arrived at the hotel, before we even checked in, Clancy greeted my daughter by name; which was a... More

Well equipped health club; great bathroom, bathtub and products. Wonderful midtown location with terrific shopping, museums and restaurants within walking distance. Close to subway. Walked to MOMA and Bloomingdale's.

I wish you could give 6 stars, because this hotel deserves it! Stayed at the Four Seasons New York and we have a very comfortable room. Everyone was extremely attentive. The hotel is has such beautiful design, from the grand lobby to the art gallery, despite the freezing weather in NYC, we had a great time.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
