Stayed 13-17 April ,I was working but my wife joined me as it was our anniversary. From arriving to our departure ,we could not have been made more welcome. EVERYONE we dealt with from housekeeping, room service, doormen(had to beat them to the door),reception ...it goes on .I would be shocked if I heard someone complain about unpleasant service. On the last... More

We have just spent 4 nights at TFS and I can't thanks Jonathan from Reception enough? From check in to our leaving today he has made our stay very special. We were originally given a room opposite a local bar/club that was noisy so we asked to move. Jonathan showed us 2 other rooms to choose from and we were... More

By far the best service I have ever received at any hotel. The staff was was so friendly and could not have been more helpful. The location is great and the room was very nice. I had a higher room looking out toward the East Side. The bed was very comfortable. They even offered a complimentary shoe shine (which I... More

I stay here with my couple for eastern holidays and the experience was really good. Maybe the only problem we find its that the wall sockets are not well located, and the breakfast offer its expensive for what it is, also corners rooms do not have very nice views.

For years, I've stayed at the Four Seasons each time I visit New York. On this trip, I had the chance to visit several other hotels as part of an industry event I was attending. There's still no other hotel in the city that comes close to the Four Seasons in providing a superior guest experience. From the soaring lobby... More

I have stayed in a number of luxury hotels in New York over the last few years and although a big Four Seasons fan elsewhere (I’ve stayed in about 30 of their properties) I had not previously stayed at the FSNY, as I couldn’t bring myself to justify the (high) price in a city with such a strong offering of... We went for the weekend and I have to say the employees are the best part. Everyone from the concierge to the bellman, housekeeping, etc. were spot on, very professional and extremely polite. It was my daughter birthday and they snuck a beautiful little chocolate cake into the room. It was even personalized in chocolate! She felt like a princess,... More

On previous trips to New York I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton Central Park (nice, particularly the club floor) and the Carlyle (faded grandeur, bit claustrophobic), but this time we decided to give the Four Seasons a try and we weren't disappointed, it leaves everywhere else in the shade. The lobby is modernly opulent and spacious and just feels in... More

We were in NYC for a weekend and stayed here for the first time. The service and attention was typical of the Four Seasons. The concierge was especially helpful with "local foodie" recommendations and transportation over a very cold weekend. The rooms are as one would expect for a five star hotel. Our only complaint is that we had to... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
