Upgraded the room to a high floor which views the Central Park. Come here if you like good view from your room. It was a comfortable stay. The concierge is helpful in making reservations to places I wanted to go. However, there is no butler service that could help me queue for my cronuts :(

We arrived via both entrances and were ushered to the reception desk with suitable hospitality. We had rooms on the 17th and 29th floors, both with great views across the skyline of New York. The rooms are typically Four Seasons, high quality, great beds and all the trimmings. The Concierge desk was incredibly helpful with every request and all the... More

It's the Four Seasons. It's midtown Manhattan. It's the best in the world. I have stayed the the Four Seasons on Maui, in San Francisco, and in other cities, and this one tops them all, especially in terms of the professional quality of the staff.

Very good, one of the best four seasons we have been, will come back, no doubts about it. We stayed in a Premium city view room, enough for 2 and a kid, beautiful views from the 27th floor. Staff at four seasons hotels are the most helpful, and kind there is.

I have never previously been let down by the Four Seasons Group which I have been a loyal customer of for over 20 years; however have just returned from New York where checkin took 2 hours after the 3pm official check in time; I had asked for a twin bedded room for teenage sons and was argued with by customer... We had a great stay in Four seasons. It is very well located, and had good sized rooms with walk in wardrobe. The concierge was the best, booking us tables and event sent a bottle of champagne on the house. Also, as a female traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel, which was important. Thank you, Four seasons, I... More

If you go to the basement floor of this hotel there is the most wonderful and relaxing spa in the world! The rooms are very quite with lots of good views. However the mini bar is very overpriced so if you're a midnight snacked I advise you but some toblerone bars and bottles of coke in a super market.very warm... More

it is a great hotel without any doubt but as i write in the headline , some spa treatments are simply overpriced and therefore whenever offered something ask for the price in advance otherwise you may feel slightly ripped off :)

In my travels, no other hotel compares! We would not consider staying in any other hotel unless a Four Seasons is not available. Our recent stay in NYC was fantastic, as always. The bar in the hotel has great drinks and inovative bar food. Shopping on 5th Avenue is just up the street. The ideal location, in my opinion.
