Understated and elegant. Easy to get anywhere in mid-town. Staff is very friendly and attentive. This fine hotel feels historic and elegant. Wonderful location in midtown Manhatttan. Quality staff, stately rooms, good bar and restaurant. The Warwick makes for a fine visit to New York. A bit on the expensive side, but isn't everything in NYC?

Very accomodating staff during each of the 6 to 8 times I stay each year. My stays are usually for two nights and any concern that I may have - needing a larger room, etc. - is always addressed to my satisfaction.
