My wife and I celebrated her birthday one weekend in June. We had a very nice room with a view. The hotel is on a quiet street just a block from Central Park. We found the desk staff to be very friendly and efficient. We worked with the concierge staff prior to our arrival to secure restaurant reservations and in... More

This is a lovely hotel and I'm so glad I decided to try it out. We requested an early check in as our flight got in at 9 am. They arranged it without any fuss at all! I loved that. The rooms are so tastefully done up. Large bathrooms with marble flooring, and spacious rooms with very comfy beds. The... More

We stayed here for 5 days. It's not as expensive as the The Surry or Carlyle but certainly the same standard and location. It's very new, modern and trendy and very clean. Room size was excellent, we stayed in room 701 which was a courtyard room which I believe are slightly larger but lack a view. Staff are very friendly... More

I was very happy staying in this lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are large and very comfortable. I travel a lot and this hotel had more drawer and closet space than most of the other hotels I have stayed in. The service is impeccable and the hotel is very lovely. Beautiful furnishings and very clean. Jean Georges... More

We stayed at the Mark for a week+ when we moved back to New York. The hotel is very conveniently located (and it was in our old neighborhood, bonus) half a block from Central Park and a couple of blocks from the 77th St 6 subway stop. We stayed there for the location, reputation and the fact that they are... More

I’m so pleased that you chose The Mark as your home away from home while you were waiting for your new apartment to be ready. It sounds like you had a fabulous experience with us, and I am so thankful that you enjoyed our spacious closets, comfortable beds, and well-appointed bathrooms. Furthermore, I am delighted that your pet had an... More

my family and I when to stay a week in New york it was great. The hotel had a great restaurant and the rooms are very confertable and the bathroom is a great size. The room service was also great. The hotel is next to central parnk and the 5th Avenue and its location is also great!

The Mark was excellent. The staff is very courteous and helpful, exceedingly polite but not at all stuffy. We were happily surprised when they upgraded our room. Nice linens, lovely bathroom, very clean, all the amenities one might want. The location is fabulous - just a couple of short blocks to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The area has good... More

My wife and I just spent four excellent nights at The Mark in a Madison King for my wife's birthday. It's a fabulous hotel and covers off pretty much every conceivable detail you can think of. We didn't get to use the bikes and cruise Central Park with a Jean-George's picnic, but would have loved to. Highly recommended.

My husband and I just had our second stay at The Mark. The hotel is still as great as ever. The first room we checked in to was very small and not the type of room we thought we had booked so we asked to move rooms. By the end of the day we were moved to a larger room.... More

I finally tried the Mark, thanks to the insistence of my friends. I have never found a hotel in NYC which i enjoyed, as opposed to other cities in the world - it seems NYC always has problems of some sort when it comes to finding Quality and Faultless hotels. I have stayed at almost every 5 star hotel in... More
