The service was excellent and the room was well appointed. Although we were just in New York for one night, I could definitely stay a week at this hotel and feel very comfortable. We were upgraded upon an early morning arrival which we greatly appreciated.

The Mark is a glorious hotel, it's design and facilities are wonderful. The details in every aspect of the design are a real delight and reflect the vicinity perfectly. The devil is indeed in the detail as it is a huge shame that the hotel is let down by gross inconsistencies in staff behaviour towards clientele. We were met with... More

I greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at The Mark. I’m delighted that you mentioned the exquisiteness of our design details, as our interior designer, Jacques Grange has re-imagined the hotel to be a beacon of high European style combined with modern American conveniences. I am however disappointed that you received an uneven... More

I had heard a lot about The Mark from my colleagues and friends in London and it came highly recommended from the London hotel industry. It was definitely on the top of my list. I arrived Friday morning and received a very warm welcome. I was very early and was assured they would call me once my room was ready.... More

I spent just one night at the hotel and my experience was awesome, so next time I hope I can stay longer. The hotel is quite small making one feel at home away from home. The bellmen were readily available and ushered us in, and brought our luggage straight up. No fuss during check-in and we were given a late... More

We just returned from a 5 night - 4 day stay in NYC and chose the Mark mostly based on TA reviews. Here are the Pros: *Location - right next to Central park, Madison and Park Avenue. CP is not even an entire block away. *The value for the room was excellent considering the location and square footage. *Very quiet... More

This is a beautiful hotel which oozes quality and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and superbly fitted out and we loved our 3 nights here exploring New York. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to downtown however we felt we had escaped to a calm oasis when we returned.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday one weekend in June. We had a very nice room with a view. The hotel is on a quiet street just a block from Central Park. We found the desk staff to be very friendly and efficient. We worked with the concierge staff prior to our arrival to secure restaurant reservations and in... More

This is a lovely hotel and I'm so glad I decided to try it out. We requested an early check in as our flight got in at 9 am. They arranged it without any fuss at all! I loved that. The rooms are so tastefully done up. Large bathrooms with marble flooring, and spacious rooms with very comfy beds. The... More

We stayed here for 5 days. It's not as expensive as the The Surry or Carlyle but certainly the same standard and location. It's very new, modern and trendy and very clean. Room size was excellent, we stayed in room 701 which was a courtyard room which I believe are slightly larger but lack a view. Staff are very friendly... More
