My sister and I stayed at Country Inn in March 2009. The accommodation was located in residential part of Manhattan. It had beautiful period furniture with TV, kitchen (stocked with basics!), heating and AC, ironing board etc. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comortable. Great location, lovely room, nice manager, quiet and restful. We needed a room with a kitchen and an upper-West-Side location, so this was perfect for us.
The management's requirement to be paid in cash upon arrival was a bit strange, but the overall quality of the place is so good that we were not disappointed in any way.
