Great location; extremely convenient near Times Square; rooms where cozy, clean, and pretty nice for NYC. The staff was professional. We just returned from a 5 day stay in NYC and this hotel was the best! We couldn't think of anything we'd change except maybe a little larger elevator. Room was plenty big enough, clean, updated, and quiet. The staff was excellent and friendly. If you are looking for anything more, then you had better be willing to pay more.... more
