My fiancé and I chose this hotel for our first trip to New York as a couple. I really loved the hotel! It was chic, modern, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were unlike any other hotel room I had ever stayed in or seen before. The shower was spacious and I loved the large bed... More

If you book a room in this hotel I would really suggest to take a queens room because all of the king rooms are facing Bowery which is an extremely busy street and the noise of the traffic is bad. I asked for earplugs so that I could sleep. The breakfast room is smaal and can't handle the amount of... More

For the price (and NYC is expensive) we were pleased with the hotel. Our room was very noisy, being on the Bowery, and earplugs were necessary. However the room was nicely appointed and it was a good location to explore Downtown - which is where we wanted to be. Would return.

I stayed at this hotel before and loved it, but this time was shocked to find roaches in the room. I immediately asked to change rooms and they accommodated my request. There were no roaches in the second room, but the TV remote control didn't work and they replaced it right away. As much as I hate roaches, I appreciate... More

I'm a Best Western Rewards member, so always choose them if I can. But this was not a good experience at all. The service was really poor, and it felt like the management was just plain absent. When we checked in a guy behind us in the queue demanded to be attended to, so they did and literally gave him... More

In late April we spent several nights at this hotel while we explored New York prior to going on a cruise. The hotel is in the southern part of Manhattan with immediate access to the restaurants of Chinatown and Little Italy. The hotel has been very nicely renovated and was extremely clean, safe, and friendly. The continental breakfast was good... More

Didn't experience much of this hotel. In NYC for business, this was a bit out of my way but rooms at hotels in other parts of town were running $100+ more for the night. I got to the hotel late in the evening & left the next morning, so didn't experience much more than the room. There was not much... More

Well situated at the corner of Grand Street and Bowery in China Town in Manhattan and near Little Italy, which is offering you a large possibility of restaurant. The bedroom have a correct size, the beds are confortable, but a little noisy when people are on the hall to go to the elevator. free wifi, large bathroom with shower. Breackfast... More

The hotel was right next to Chinatown and Little Italy and Soho were very short walks too. The rooms were updated nicely and pretty good size for NYC. The staff and breakfast were great. Just a couple short blocks to the subway and Brooklyn was just 2 stops away. They had good free maps. We were on the third floor... More

This hotel has recently been renovated and is great. Rooms large for NY standards. Very clean. It is basically in Soho, even though listed and being in China Town. Very close to subway stations also.
