Room was a good sized, cleaned daily, reception staff were brilliant, nice and helpful. Breakfast was terrible! we went down 930am and just presumed it was later (finishes 10am) and so tried earlier, but still the same, no selection, no formal queue it was fight for your brekkie. Needs to be reviewed, even hubby missed a few breakfasts and he... More

We are in this hotel from 2015-07-08 2015-07-10, the hotel is in middle of chinatown in NYC, when you are getting out of the door is chinatown, the path way to the room smell old, the carpet of the path way is sticky, but when you are in the room, it's okay. The breakfast is acceptable, but you need to... More

We traveled on a day where flights had been cancelled and were to arrive early in the am. Called the hotel to hold the room! Upon arrival the desk people were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and good size. Loved the Pergo floor versus having a carpet. The breakfast hit the spot with hot and cold offerings... More

Excellent service by staff. Comfortable bed, very clean. Free WiFi and hot breakfast and amenities worked. Great location close to Little Italy, Chinatown and subway to head into Mid Town or Upper Manhattan. Room was a little "cozy" but met my needs.

Great access to subway to see the rest of nyc. Just steps away from great asian and italian food. The free breakfast was a hit with the whole family. Free wifi was super slow at best. Room was small but clean and modern. Overall a good stay

Immaculate rooms. Firm mattress. Friendly front desk staff. Fresh breakfast options. My room was on the 2nd floor and I was surprised that I didn't hear much street noise. The only thing that could be improved would be for them to offer better quality towels. But that's a minor offense

Great hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, staff is very friendly. Free breakfast is OK. We did not like the neighbourhood. It is very noisy, smelly and construction/ road works everywhere. We stayed on the sixth floor (Grand Street side). Also at night we could hear the traffic and other noises (although I believe acoustic insulation is pretty well done... More

Did a short two-night stay here on a HotelTonight rate. We were visiting my folks in Chinatown, so it was very convenient, but even for others, the location is good as it's one block from the B/D lines, as well as walking distance to other subway lines (on Canal). It's also right on Bowery, so it's pretty easy to jump... More

We chose to stay at this Best Western because of the amenities it offered. Specifically, the free wifi, continental breakfast and fitness center. We were very disappointed with the quality of two of these (wifi and fitness center). The wifi was extremely slow and at times not worth using. This affected some of our planning and left us to utilize... More

I found this BW in NYC is overpriced as any hotel in NYC. For the room rate, this hotel should offer better overall room condition in bedding, carpet, and furniture. The bath room in the handicapped room was old, shower holder bar was loose with one screw came out. Mildew was on most of the sealant in the shower. Night... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
