A personalized Best Western in Chinatown/Little Italy that gives respite from the hustle bustle of busy Lower East Side. The accommodations are adequate and above average in cleanliness; I stayed here with three adult children in the King suite with microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The sleeper sofa is separated from the queen sleeping area well enough to give... More

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and informative! The rooms were fine for the price we paid. It was a good place to stay in NYC at a good rate. We would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is your usual average breakfast options. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The metro is just a block or... More

I had read mixed reviews, and I will admit to being slightly apprehensive, but we were delighted with the hotel - the staff are really friendly and helpful, with lots of tips and suggestions on where to go and how to get there. It looks a little dodgy from the street, but definitely do not judge a book by it's... More

The Hotel is a good choice for getting around the city being no more than 10 minutes walk from most of the subway lines. It is also excellent if you return to freshen up late afternoon and then go out for the evening to a bar or to eat being central between both Little Italy and China Town. Breakfast can... More

The cab driver might never find this place if you don't give him the actual address. On the street it is nothing but a door but once you are inside you find a peaceful oasis in the busy part of Chinatown

The hotel was located between Chinatown and Little Italy. Great location to everything in walking distance. Basic free breakfast to get you going with eggs, waffles, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, porridge, dry cereal, bagels, bread, juice, coffee and so on. You can sit inside or outside to eat. Front desk staff were great answering questions and getting us a car... More

The hotel didn't "wow" us at first, but soon we realized how good it was. It's located on the second floor of an office building at the corner of Grand Ave and Bowery. There are two glass doors on the first floor, and a hallway leading to elevators that take you to the second floor lobby. The lobby is small... More

The positives: - Decent sized room for Manhattan - Personnel always kind, clearly well-managed/trained. The negatives: - The breakfast (plastic (non-)cutlery, poor choice of food (poor bagels in NYC?), sticky tables). At the price I paid, I found it not very good value for money. At 50% less it would have been a fair price/quality ratio (for that area of... More

My sincere apologies that you did not feel you received a fair value for your stay with us. We do appreciate your feedback so we can improve. Best Western brand standard in the United States is for disposable dishes at breakfast (standard for most hotels in our tier with a complimentary breakfast). With very limited space in our hotel, we... More

The hotel is in a good location close to the financial district, downtown and Brooklyn bridge. Also good to reach by metro lines. The breakfast was ok and satisfying. Staff was very friendly and helpful. For people who are on holiday and want to enjoy the city this is a very good choice.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
