The Hotel made a mistake and had checked my wife out the night before her arrival on the May 14th. She received a phone call about this and was told everything was ok. My wife arrived on the May 15th as per the reservation the Hotel then charged the full amount to our Visa credit card (not a debit card)... More

The rooms are NOT close to being worth this much but, what do you do in the middle of nowhere? Place was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. Looked sort old and run down a bit. The front desk girls were alright. One was super nice and the other was a bit shy. I think... More

Spent a night in Carlsbad, New Mexico for a funeral. This place was not bad at all. Its located just as you drive into Carlsbad from El Paso on 62/180. Clean Rooms, good service, friendly staff. The hotel nightly prices in Carlsbad, New Mexico are outrageous, due to the oil companies having booked most of the rooms and pay a... More

Overpriced hotel. Pubic hair in the tub. soiled & stained towels. Disgusting room, T.V. did not work, room was way too small for the price. Only high light was the wifi worked pretty well. This is by far the WORST Super 8 Motel I have ever stayed at and should NOT be a part of the Super 8 family.

Room smelled very clean -- so many don't. We stayed two nights. First day breakfast was lacking (no yogurt, spoons) but 2nd breakfast was better. Clean, neat room except when I opened the refrigerator to put our food in there -- I found a Domino's pizza box.....who knows how long that was in there???? It is so funny how you... More

There was rotting food left in the refrigerator that had the entire room smelling like a dump. No toilet paper in th room and we had to go down and get it ourselves. The "breakfast" was horrible. No cereal left in the container, the waffle mix was seep rated and th coffee tasted old. Still had the second night to... More

We chose this motel because it was convenient (40 miles) to Carlsbad Caverns NP and Guadalupe Mountains NP another 30 miles. The price was reasonable compared to the facilities around the caverns. There is nothing near Guadalupe. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Front desk was unattended for a period of time and the back door which we were near... More

We strive to give you a great experience, and I am pleased to learn that we were able to meet your expectations in many ways; though I regret to hear that you weren't thoroughly impressed with our breakfast and staff services and overall hotel quality. We appreciate how you have let us know what areas of our service impressed you... More
