The premises has undergone some updating -- facade now goldenrod w/terra cotta accents. Room's wall color scheme current and there was "granite" vanity top. Probably one of the better options regarding price & value, considering the scathing reputation this town has for gouging visitors on accomodation. Room was clean, comfortable, and just fine for an overnight stay to visit the Caverns. Would've preferred to pay less, but no complaints otherwise. More

stayed here while visiting the carlsbad caverns....great location to the caverns, the rooms are a little dated but the beds are amazing!!! my husband and I had been traveling from california and needed a good nights rest....this was definitely the right spot for it :) More
