High end rooms, linens and toiletries. Very comfortable bed. We really liked the ceiling fan. Our room (205) was very quiet. Excellent coffee and pastries. Breakfast was not to my liking because the potatoes and omelet were too spicy...chili powder in hash browns and the omelet? I think not. I was told later that there was a new morning cook... More

My husband and I stayed here while he was working out of town and we were amazed at the history and beauty of this place. The food was very good and priced reasonably. The rooms are very nice and there is a little bit of history shared throughout the hotel. This is a must stay and I have recommended it... More

Each room is completely different. The first room we were booked in had a King size bed, and seemed to be a handicapped design room- was not anything 'more' than a standard small hotel room with nice linens. One chair to sit, 1 small sink, noise could be heard through bathroom wall a bit at night, a nice shower, but... More

I was excited to stay at The Trinity on my two week trek across the southwest because I love historic hotels and The Trinity didn't disappoint. It was beautiful with its brick and high ceilings and double doors and the comfiest four poster bed. My only problem was the thin walls. At first, my mom and I thought it must... More

We stayed 1 night at the Trinity and it was great! My husband and grown sons were leaving Carlsbad Caverns and didn't want to say in the only hotel by the Park.... We headed into Carlsbad and I have to tell you, all the reviews of all the "name" hotels were pretty bland... Not to mention the prices! The name... More

We took our Granddaughter to Carlsbad Caverns on 6/2014. We took the advise of Trip Advisor and ate at the Trinity Hotel. When we got there they asked us if we had a reservation and when we said no they were shocked. Make a reservation! They got us in as it was a Wednesday night. They were still really busy.... More

After a long drive from Houston Tx we were so happy to have such a beautiful resting stop. Our room was very modern and beautiful. We did the wine tasting that is offered before dinner and really enjoyed it. I had steak and I think that it was the best steak that I have ever tasted. The only complaint that... More

Stayed here one night with my son over the memorial day weekend (while visiting nearby caverns). Room was nice and comfortable. I think it was room 101, on main floor. Staff was friendly and nice. Little pricier than one would expect in this part of the state, but choices seemed limited.

As many people have noted, the Trinity Hotel is a great place to stay in Carlsbad. My wife and I recently spent three nights there and enjoyed it very much. We were in room 206, "the safe room," which is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and modern. The hotel restaurant is very good, as people have... More

While traveling to Carlsbad Caverns, we stopped and spent the night at the Trinity Hotel. We had what is called the safe room, which was absolutely wonderful for the three of us. The beds were comfortable, the appointments luxurious, and the fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast were delicious. There was also the cachet of one of us staying in... More
