The rooms were nice but not for what it cost. I had to pay 25.00 for my five pound dog. Customer service sucks especially the guys i think his name was jason. I smoked one cigarette when i wad leaving they charged me 150.00. Which most places are only 50.00.i will not recommend this hotel to no one. Its so... More

I am sorry that you feel we are "money grabbers". As a matter of fact, our hotel tends to be quite competitive in pricing, and tends to stay consistently less expensive than most of the hotels in the area. When you checked in, you signed a sheet (right under your signature in Bold letters) that states our hotel is 100%... More

Hotel was immaculate, very well cared for at a fair price. Breakfast was also very nice. Heating was very quite. Plenty of water pressure. Friendly staff. I would stay here again. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, this is one of my best, top notch.

Thank You for taking the time to write such a wonderful review! It's always nice to hear about the positive experiences guests have. We have a lot of regulars who stay here for those same reasons. There are so many events throughout the year that keeps people coming back to this quaint mountain town. Thanks again & we look forward... More

Probably by far the best free continental breakfast I've ever had at a motel. And the facility was clean both inside and out. However the walls are paper thin as we could make out the voices in adjoining rooms. The hotel guide had pages ripped out and other pages had pen markings and notes made by previous guests. The channel... More

Hotel was a pleasant surprise, for a non-chain hotel it was clean and very affordable. Room was very clean, and large. Bath was spotless. We really appreciated the vent fan in the bath, making it possible to shower without the bath looking like London on a foggy day. It's not an upscale place with every possible feature, but was clean,... More

There were bed bugs in the room!!!!! My family and I stayed for 2 nights in room 110: the first day I woke up I had an insect bite to my arm but thought nothing of it. We were gone from the room all day (we visited the Biltmore House) and when we got back went straight to bed. The... More

Thank You for writing your review. First of all, I would like to say that we had this room inspected by a Professional Pest inspector, and the room was found to NOT have a stitch of evidence of bed bugs or any bugs of any kind in this room. We also have documentation to prove this, if any is needed.... More

Years ago, we stayed at the Mountain Lodge in Flat Rock, adjacent to the Mountain Inn and Suites. For some reason, I thought they were similar, if not the same, type of hotel. Whereas our stay at the Mountain Lodge seven years ago was exemplary, we were sorely disappointed in the Mountain Inn and Suites during our most recent visit.... More

We selected Mountain Inn & Suites as the location for our wedding reception and lodging for all our guests and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. Scott and his staff were very easy to work with, and helped put our planning minds at ease, as we we live in another state and were planning our wedding... More

New feel, very clean, stylish decor, real furniture, plenty of space in the room and bathroom, staff friendly enough to get the job done. Continental breakfast buffet included. Very close to Dupont State Forest, Hendersonville, Chimney Rock. Much better value than the flea bag motels / hotels in Hendersonville.

The hotel was clean and lobby very nice. We were only staying one night and selected this hotel for the price ofor $79. However, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Staff gave great recommendations for places to eat.

Since I usually stay in the national chain hotels (Hilton, Marriott & Holiday Inn) and the number of nights I'm in a hotel I'm pretty choosey about where I stay. Decided to stay here due to the fact the local Hampton Inn could not guarantee the room type I wanted until I checked in and they required a 24 hr... More
