We stayed in this hotel over Labor Day weekend and were blown away by its charm and friendly staff. Nestled right in the Blue Ridge Mountains you are completely surrounded by awe inspiring views of the mountains. The rooms are spacious and appear to be recently renovated and the beds were surprisingly comfy. There was a wedding while we were... More

Labor Day weekend we stayed for 2 nights and found this hotel to be perfectly situated between Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mtns. From the moment we walked into the hotel front doors, we were made to feel at home. The rooms were clean, the indoor heated pool felt great after a long day walking, the outdoor waterfall made for... The inn/hotel and rooms are dirty and tired. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke! Don't sit on any of the furniture in your room or walk on the carpeting without shoes! The unit ventilator is beyond loud! This accommodation has obviously been in need of updating for YEARS! In addition, the food served at our family reunion, over 150 attended,... More

Such a nice, comfortable place. Traveling through town on way to Florida. We were all exhausted and each place we checked were out of rooms, or not places I would stay in. The rooms were very large and well appointed. My wheelchair fit through the doors easily. Pillows were plush, beds were very comfortable. Cannot say anything negative about our... More

Our recent stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. However we identified this place on the North Carolina Resorts website and were disappointed to find this is really a very nice hotel but not a resort. Our suite was very clean and very large. We were very comfortable, and despite our location on the... More

We arrived in the evening and Doran was running the front desk. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and went as far as to set up the crib/ pack an play provided for us. When we entered our room there was a lovely welcoming letter addressed to us personally with little chocolates with it. That kind of personal touch makes... More

Stayed at this hotel with a large group (youth baseball team) and had a wonderful time. Scott and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. There was a wedding there at the same time so the wonderful outdoor courtyard served our team well, the kids had room to play and adults were able to relax and... More

We stayed over the weekend with our family while in town for a baseball tournament. What a perfect spot for a family! The staff and the outdoor space really set this place apart! Beautiful outdoor area with a little hiking trail, a waterfall, and a nice grassy area for kids to run around or play lawn games. Scott helped facilitate... More

We've stayed at this property every summer for the last 6 years. Scott and his staff are the most friendly, accommodating team. No request is too large, and it's always service with a smile. The rooms are clean, the facilities pleasant, and a terrific location to camps, restaurants, and adventure.
