I have not been a fan of B&Bs in the past BUT Erika and her heartwarming dog Schatze have won me over!!! Beautiful town, beautiful sunsets, beautiful home. I lost a few tears when saying goodbye. No doubt I will return as soon as possible.

Where to begin......Upon arrival, I could see that this beautiful home was going to be somewhere I wouldn't want to leave. And that was just the beginning. From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality. Erika was so sweet and gracious. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. This B&B is nestled in a... More

From the moment we drove up to the door, Erika and her dog, Schatze, made us feel so welcome. We were giving the royal treatment throughout our three-night stay in the Main House. The breakfasts were wonderful--homemade waffles the first day and eggs benedict the next. Our last morning we had to leave extra early and Erika made sure we... More

We received a warm welcome from Erika into her home. The room was full of character and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. There were lots of places to eat locally, and we were given a superb breakfast.

We stayed in the main house in a king bedroom. It was a nice size and very clean. Private access to our rooms with good parking. Wonderful breakfasts. Very close to Capitol Reef Park and the town. Situated on 19 acres so good for morning walks. Erica and her dog were very welcoming. Staying with Erica was a wonderful experience....don't... More

Erica and her black Labrador greeted us and made us very welcome in her lovely home. We had a king bedroom on the ground floor. The room is very comfortable and spotless. For 5 dollars we could wash / dry our clothes which is a good deal. Erica served fruit and lovely homemade waffles for breakfast one day and the... More

My cousin and I spent four days hiking at Capitol Reef. We stayed at Torrey Pines B&B, very well located for accessing the nat'l park. It is not really a B&B, but an Inn; breakfast is not served. We had a two-storey two-bedroom cottage with small kitchen, and prepared our own breakfasts. The owner is very pleasant and was helpful... More

First time we stayed at Torrey Pines B&B was 9 years ago. We made it a point to return and stay for a couple of days, this time in the Cottage. A lovely place, comfortable and clean and with lots of privacy. Breakfasts at the main house were great, so was the company of Erica the owner. Recommended!

After a couple of nights at Torrey Pines B&B, we have nothing but praise for Erica and the accommodations there. The suite was very clean and comfy. The breakfasts were scrumptious and filling. And Erica is just a gem of a host. We highly recommend staying there. We feel like it was a great find. We'll be back!
