On our way to Capitol Reef, we were running late and decided to stop and spend the night. This place was so quiet. The cows and horses were great neighbors. The facility was very clean. Bathroom, shower and laundry room. Great place to base your Utah adventure at Capitol Reef or spend a quiet evening as you move along. We... More

We were hoping to stay at Capitol Reef NP campground but it was full. We had passed Wonderland on our way to the park and decided to give it a try and are glad we did. It is close to the park and the sites are spacious, level and well kept with a nice lawn area. They had a BIG... More

This is a great little campground 10 minutes outside capitol reef national park. It's a grass covered park which is great for your dogs. The owner Tracey couldn't be more welcoming or accommodating. He has great info of the local area. The park accommodates rvs of any size with pull throughs and back ins. They also have a tent area... More

Beautiful little RV park located at the junction of U-12 and U-24. In addition to large RV sites (both back-in and pull-through) there are 4 cabins and several tent sites. Only 1 mile from Torrey. At the junction there is a gas station, a motel, and a coffee shop. From the RV park you can walk across the street to... More

We had been at another national park and were looking for a place to hook up overnight to recharge and shower. It is just up the (long) hill from Capitol Reef NP so the location was good. The showers were clean although it was strange to be given a key for a specific shower unit, but the park was not... More

This park looks very nice and has flat sights. However the bathrooms are very strange with two toilets in one room only. There are two showers but the hosts don't want you to use them and are rude about it. They told us to use the shower in our camper. I would not stay here again.

We've been on the road a week and the was the nicest park we've found so far. The park is clean, well maintained with level spots and ample adjoining grass and open areas. It is centrally located to Capital Reef National Park and though fairly closes to a minor highway, we didn't hear it. Maybe I would have rated this... More

$28.66 for a tent pitch is expensive. It is 10 bucks too much. For this you get a shower, some wi-fi and nowhere to wash dishes. Campsite in good condition and great location for travel north or south. Told lady manager about high cost compared to local competition and got told "their web site was out of date"!

Full Hook-ups, typical of todays standards, but shower policy is kinda unique. The owner is a pilot, but it seems he is shooting approaches using raw data instead of his Flight Director. Two shower rooms are available, and they give you a physical metal key when you check in. The key only operates ONE of the single-person shower rooms. In... More

We stayed here for a week. We had one of the bigger cabins, they are very roomy and clean. Lots of grass so the children ran everywhere, the site for our cabin had plenty of room it made it nice for cooking meals with everyone, we had lots of room so sit and chat. The bathrooms and showers for being... More
