We arrived for a three night stay stay August 27th. The campground was spotless. We had spot 16 which was next to the road--but the noise was minimal and by 8:00-8:30 pm was gone. The owner was friendly and helpful. We were in a 50amp site and he loaned us for the duration of our stay an adapter. We would... More

We stayed at Wonderland RV for a month in our motorhome. Everything was perfect....the WIFI, cable TV, location to Capitol Reef National Park. The park is very clean, all facilities are very clean, the fruit trees, pines and poplars are trimmed and do not interfere with parking your rig. The sites are large enough to accommodate any size rig. The... More

Anyone who ever dreamed of being a cowboy (girl) when they were little will be thrilled to spend some time at the Sheep Camp. Having traveled around the world and stayed in some of the best hotels to be had, it came as no little surprise to me that spending three nights in a restored canvas top sheep camp wagon... More

You could tell the minute you drove into Wonderland RV Park that the owners take great pride in their park. It is a smaller park, which was fine by me since I had just come from a huge one, but it has the essentials. Sites had plenty of grass and trees (including fruit) around them and provided you some privacy... More

We chose this park over others in the area because it was closest to the Capital Reef Nat Park entrance and are very happy with our choice. The sites, some pull thru and some back ins, are nicely spread out with good sized grass patches with picnic tables in between. Despite being near a gas station and just of the... More

I was expecting a huge, fancy site from the name but in fact this was quite a small campground but with excellent facilities. Most of the site is for large RVs, but there is a central block with toilets, showers and laundry for tents and campervans. We had full hook up for our campervan, with excellent wifi. The shower rooms... More

In the vast sand colored landscape that is southern Utah, Torrey and Fruita are these oases of lush verdant fertile greenscape. Wonderland offers tent sites on grass, abutting a gorgeous valley of green farmland. It was quiet and I slept better than I had in other campgrounds. The grounds were immaculate and very well tended to. I can't recommend Wonderland... More

We stayed one night here to explore Capitol Reef National Park. The location was perfect for this. Friendly staff, very clean facilities, and nice level spots. We had shade and nice grass and were able to sit outside for several hours with a great breeze.

Pros: lovely setting and beautiful views. Shaded sites. Very nice staff. Nice restrooms, showers and laundry. Friendly atmosphere. Close to Capitol Reef which was awesome. Cons: sites were tight and limited sitting area between trailers. Trees were too close to camper and made it difficult to get our slides out. Could not use awning. Some sites were too close to... On our way to Capitol Reef, we were running late and decided to stop and spend the night. This place was so quiet. The cows and horses were great neighbors. The facility was very clean. Bathroom, shower and laundry room. Great place to base your Utah adventure at Capitol Reef or spend a quiet evening as you move along. We... More
