Only stayed for one night as passing through. This was so much better than staying in a motel. Had every amenity that we needed. Clean and tidy. Owners unobtrusive but nearby in case needed. Enjoyed sitting on the porch even though the night was a bit cool. Yes, if in the area I would certainly stay here again.

We came to theses cabins after booking into a frightful motel in Bicknell.the welcome from the owner and his family was like we were friends and the cabin,no2,was a dream with beautiful views and great internet.

We found the cabins while looking for something a little different then the standard roadside hotel/motel on a weekend to Capitol Reef for some hiking. We are so glad we did! The options are very limited in February in this part of Utah-most businesses are shut for the season-important to know when you travel out here off season. The cabins... More

Stayed for one night whilst road tripping Scenic Byway 12. My wife and I chose the cabins for something a little different than the standard road side hotel/motels. They are just perfect, roomy (for a cabin), immaculately clean with modern furnishings (including cable TV). The view from the front door was amazing and you really feel like you're a million... On a camping roadtrip with my dad we were planning to get a motel on our way to Capitol Reef, after two nights camping in in unseasonably cold and windy weather at Bryce Canyon. We stopped at the Cowboy Homestead on the spur of the moment after seeing the sign outside. The cabin was amazing. Two comfy beds, tv with... More

What a great experience. My wife and i spent two nights in a cozy cabin that had everything we needed with bright aspens right outside the front door. Had a cigar on the covered front porch one night. Shirley, the owner, was great and so accommodating. She got us extra pillows and really knows her stuff about the local eateries.... More

This place is perfect for a quiet night in Torrey, just a couple miles from Capital Reef. It's plenty roomy, comfortable, and has everything you need... Small tv, wifi, fridge, microwave, sink. We normally stay at chain hotels which also have these amenities, but what makes this place so much better is the homey feel to it... The porch with... More

We were very pleased with our stay. The cabins are on a working ranch but they are away from the house and corrals so you have your privacy. The cabins are clean, quiet, stocked with the basics that you need and close to Capitol Reef. When we asked for extra towels for the bathroom and kitchen, they were provided for... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient to Capitol Reef and very clean & comfortable. Ranch is fun for kids too with horses, cows and chickens! Lots of privacy and beautiful views from the front porch.

This is a nice place to stay near Capitol Reef NP. The cabin we had was comfortable and well supplied with toiletries. The view out the window looks onto a mesa, and there is a front porch to enjoy it. No complaints, we would stay there again.
