I would never go back to this part of the world and not book a stay at the Capitol Reef Inn. Built by a retired college professor, it is full of charm with personal effects and southwestern artifacts and information in the rooms. This inn is very handy for Capitol Reef National Park. The rooms are better than they might look from the road. The price is reasonable -- about $48. The cafe is good and has healthy options on the menu. The people are friendly. more

This motel was small, friendly and comfortable. A fridge was included in the room which was handy. There was also a nice large hot tub outside. Rooms were spacious and although slightly old, they were clean enough. The place had a nice character. more

Capitol Reef Inn is an old motel but rooms are adequately maintained for an older place. Rooms were large and comfortable and the price was good. The food at the cafe was good also. We were disappointed that the garden hadn't been tended. Maybe we were there too early in the season for it. more
