Torrey, UT is a tourist town. Small, quaint and strictly catering to tourists. The one mile or less of the main road is side-by-side motels, camp grounds and a general store. One motel, Sherri's looked to be the hot spot in town, but they were filled to capacity, so we stayed at Boulder View, which was perfect. Very clean, spacious... More

A well run, exceptionally clean, family-run Inn in the middle of nowhere. Very quiet and peaceful place. The price includes breakfast in the morning. With no Verizon service in Torrey, it was nice to have a fast, secure Wi-Fi connection.

We stayed here for 2 nights visiting Capitol Reef, needing basically just a clean, quiet room. It was completely clean and quiet and the room was large. Spare continental breakfast; average Wi-Fi. Not all rooms have fridge and microwave-- ours, one with a king-sized bed and sofa, didn't. We needed a microwave for our dinner, however, and the friendly proprietor... More

I booked ahead as I expected it would be a crowded weekend, although it was not (only four or five rooms were occupied), but I still paid the high season rate. It is a classic mom&pop type of motel, and it was very clean and quiet and located within walking distance of several restaurants, and the owner/manager was very nice... More

After a long (but beautiful) drive from the crowds of Bryce Canyon National Park, I am glad I chose this property for a restful nights sleep. My room was immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable. Parked my car right outside my room and had my luggage inside within 30 seconds. I had a look at the Saddlery Restaurant across the... i enjoyed my stay here. The motel has a great location with beautiful views. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They have a small breakfast in the lobby with beautiful views out the picture windows. A great way to start the day. The owner was biker friendly and didnt complain about our loud bikes. I would stay here again... More

This is a great place, the owner is super friendly, the rooms are spotless and spacious. The location is perfect with three restaurants within easy walking distance, including "El Diablo". For motorcyclists it has the advantage of a concrete driveway rather than the gravel which is common on the western end of town. I've stayed here several times and have... More

This was my second stay at the Boulder View Inn, this time with a group of touring motorcyclists (aka "Bikers"). Accommodations were affordable, super clean and quite comfortable. Owners are "motorcycle friendly"! Restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Great views from the front porch where we spent the evening relaxing with friends. Excellent Value!

Torrey is a tiny town, with only 182 inhabitants. It is well placed as a base to explore Capitol Reef NP. In 20 minutes we were at the park entrance, in less than 5 minutes we got to the UT12 Byway. This motel is family run and the owners are descendants of the Behunin’s, who were among the original settlers.... More
