As mentioned, this hotel has transitioned from the Comfort Inn franchise. The pluses: good value, nice, clean, big rooms, view of Capitol Reef. I guess winter is very off-season in Torrey. When I was in this Inn I think only 2 rooms were busy, including mine. It was snowy and very quiet! We loved this place. Ideal location for visiting Capitol Reef. Had a fridge and microwave--perfect for traveling in the desert. The breakfast limiting 1 boiled egg per person and milk for cereal only were a little lame. Cafe Diablo down the road is a must for good food by New York-trained chef. more

There is not a lot of choice of hotels in Torrey. If you want to see the glorious Capitol Reef national park, you are stuck with Torrey. this hotel is on the outskirts of Torrey..if you can call it outskirts of an almost nonesistant town.
