Sure they don't offer daily maid service, but they are conveniently located above a pretty good restaurant with super friendly staff. And ya its expensive, but again, so is everything in this remote village.
There's a good sized common space for storing gear, with heat and hot water a plenty. If you do go, be sure to try the sushi....
