My husband and I booked this Inn for a friend's wedding in Manteo. The location of the Inn is great-you can easily walk into the downtown area. The grounds around the Inn are beautifully maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a lot more character than your typical hotel. I enjoyed the light (continental type) breakfast they provide.... more

This property is not a traditional B & B. Upon arrival, I asked the owners when breakfast was, they stated that "breakfast was located in the refrigerator in the room". I stayed with Sally & Phil during August 2003 while in town for a friend's wedding. They are incredible people and generous hosts. The room was furnished bueatifully (by Sally) with antiques to give the guest just the right feeling of old world charm. It was like staying with old friends!!! more
