We stayed unexpectedly at the Inn this past Wednesday as we extended our Cape holiday. It is authentic and not contrived so some stairs will be steep and door heights low. So if you are looking for a Marriott , pass it by. If you want a charming period inn with few straight lines, come and really appreciate and enjoy.... More

I would not recommend this place or ever stay there again. I was told it was a family friendly place and was even offered a crib for my son. The first night we stayed there we were on the second floor with a very narrow steep staircase. I almost fell carrying my infant son and my bags up the stairs.... More

Warm, welcoming and a very family friendly Inn...since 1980. As owners this truly deserves an explanation. Dear guests, we are sorry for your stress and disappointment. We hope to give more information to your situation. We have always enjoyed and prided ourselves and the Inn at Duck Creeke on being family friendly and fun and welcoming to children for almost... For starters... I will say the location of the Inn was great. Right near the center of Wellfleet, and some great beaches. However, this is NOT a family friendly Inn. The first evening there was a domestic violence assault in the room next to ours. There were no procedures in place nor anyone for assistance. Leaving me to call the... More

This place is exactly what you would envision for a B&B in Cape Cod. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, just off of Route 6...almost too good. You can hear the traffic. This did not bother me too much but if you are sensitive to sounds in the morning...might be something to consider. Breakfast was good... More

Cosy inn with historic charm. Next to natural pond. Rooms are enough comfortable but don't expect luxery. Nice lobby with antic furniture. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Good restaurant next door (different owner)

We stayed two nights at the Duck Creeke Inn in Wellfleet in rain and cool weather and still had a great time. The Inn is exactly what you picture when you say Cape Cod. Our room was large and comfortable, great bed, basic private bathroom, on main floor. Innkeepers Bob and Judy were friendly and very helpful. Hearty cold (free)... More

The inn is located within walking distance to the pier and town. The grounds are pretty and the inn itself is charming. Breakfast is served in the morning, we enjoyed the coffee and blueberry crumble cake. Our room was clean and quiet. I had a major problem with the bed and pillows. The mattress was hard as a rock and... More

I stayed here twice this summer and both times I left so relaxed. The rooms are clean and comfortable with lots of space. Bob and Judy make me feel right at home. Their continental breakfast included homemade bake goods, fresh fruit and they keep the coffee going well into the afternoon! The inn has three porches to enjoy plus the... More

Absolutely loved our stay here! Rooms were very clean. First time in Wellfleet - beautiful area, and this was a great location! Stayed with cousins and our 90 year old aunt, who also loved this Inn. Owners Bob and Judy were so nice and helpful. We were in the main house, first floor. Our rooms had their own bathroom. Great... More

We stayed with daughter, son in law and grand kids. The place has quiet time 9pm to 9 am. There was nothing for children to do. Hard to keep kids quiet until 9am. The coffee is not ready until 8am. The Internet is spotty and not at all in the other building my daughter stayed in. The rooms smelled musty.... More
