Overpriced but it was during shuttle launch so feel that rates were probably higher because of that. No elevator to 2nd floor. Average / below average overall. I made the common mistake of leaving my cell phone charger behind. I called them a few days later and asked them to mail it to me (or one similar); but that was just too much trouble. I will not stay their again due to their poor service uncooperative attitude.
