location to Kennedy Space Center is why we picked this place. It was an okay room and location for one night. connected to an Ihop which is a plus. Person at front desk seemed stressed and did not try to hide it -- wasn't rude but could have been more friendly. more

What a disappointing stay. Our room was not cleaned (carpets cleaned, towels replaced, trash removed) on 2 of 4 days we were there. How disappointing. Night manager was very helpful, however, daytime staff could care less. No resolution or credit for poor service following notification of problems. more
