Quaint facility with a fabulous view of the water. Great rooms. Siobhan, the Innkeeper, was delightful. We stayed here while visiting the NASA Space Center visitor center...just about 10 minutes from the B&B. We would stay here again without hesitation. more

Though I fall into the "rate it a 5" category, I can see why every rating from 5 great stars to 1 horrible star is dead on the money. If you want DoubleTree-like sameness, you will not enjoy Casa Coquina. If you hate clutter or need a wheelchair-accessible room, you will wind up at a low end chain hotel. But... more

I have stayed at many bed & breakfeat inns, however I would have to say that the Casa Coquina is by far the most exquisite, yet quaint place. The estate seems to be never ending , from the grounds to the interior decor. The hospitality we received during our stay was excellent. The view from the deck was fominalbe, (Indian... more

As I stated in my heading the only reason we stayed is that they already had our credit card number and we not sure if we could find a place to stay being from out of state and not sure where to stay. The web site showed a B&B kinda funky and fun and a lot of perks...HA. I think... more

First off, let me say that I LOVED this place! However, it is definitely not for everyone. My sweetiepie husband took me here for my birthday. We only live 15 miles away. We stayed in the diamond room. It was like being plunked down in the 1920's - fringed lampshade and all. Everything is for sale in the place and... more

Since my work requires so much travel, it was a welcome change to be on the receiving end of the best of the hospitality industry. I felt as if I were a well-received guest in a friend's home. Innkeeper, Siobhan, was wonderful, to say the very least. From the time I heard her genuinely caring voice over the phone selling... more

This b&b is more like a giant garage sale. EVERYTHING had a price tag on it, including the house. There was a big tacky ReMax sign in front! The exterior is definitely in need of repair. All the rooms are filled with tables of junk on it for sale, including old Avon items, used Walmart furniture, and broken picture frames.... more

Truly felt "at home!" The warm, friendly hospitality extended by the innkeeper was contagious. Guests ranging from mid-twenties to over 80 years old found common ground, friendship, sharing and joined in making one another's stay memorable. From the unique decor to delicious breakfasts and mellow "happy hours" it was an experience that begs to be repeated. As for the rates--a... more

Never before have we taken people we were visiting for a tour of the place where we were staying, but Casa Coquina (“Shellfish”) is a unique piece of Titusville. This should be at the top of anyone’s list of places to stay in central Florida, especially if you have had your fill of cookie-cutter motels and hotels. A dream for... more

This is an adorable, eclectic B&B. It has so much charm and ambiance! But the best thing about this B&B is the Innkeepers! Lori & Norm are the best!! They are warm, charming and treat you like royalty!! The price was right and the romance package was great, too! They also recommended restaurants to dine in which were perfect for... more
