We met friends with kids here the day before their cruise. Ginny and Dennis were very pleasant owners. A good time was had by all. The kids really enjoyed playing in the garden. This old hotel counts Al Capone and Jim Morrison as past guests so there is no shortage of history here. Just be mindful of where you are... More

My husband and I lived in Hawaii for 13 years while raising our children and serving in the Navy. When we first drove up and saw the Casa Coquina it did not look like the internet picture. It has various plants outside and not the manicured short cut grass and sidewalk shown in the picture plus has window air conditioners... More

We only stayed one night at Casa Coquina, but we wish we could have stayed longer. This is a perfect example of all the reasons to choose a bed and breakfast. The innkeepers are just delightful people, and we enjoyed sitting and talking with them over a glass of wine during their nightly happy hour, when there were various drinks... More

This is by no means your typical place to stay - so if you want bland, uninteresting corporate digs, forget this. The Casa is all about fun and individual style. Where else will you find a life size model horse with a knight in armor in the hallway? Each room is unique - yes, there are lots of knick knacks... More

Stayed here for one overnight and sorry we couldn't have stayed longer. We were very warmly greeted by the proprietors on our arrival. We were invited to have complimentary beverages, and would have loved to sit and chat but we needed to have dinner. The Mexican restaurant across the road was recommended. Very good food, value and nice ambiance. Our... More

My husband and I were in Eastern Florida to visit family. We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts over the years so are familiar with what's available. On the positive side, our bed was clean, and the innkeepers were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood and the property were cluttered and untidy. Every corner of the house had some... More

I was very concerned to read your review, Christie. At the Casa, the comfort and enjoyment of each of our guests is of the utmost importance to us. You stayed with us for 2 days, but never mentioned any problems and said you enjoyed yourselves when you left! Since you said you have stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts over... More

What a fun and interesting place to stay. It is a enormous old house with several rooms off of a large landing. Each of the rooms has a sitting room as well as a bedroom- and they are all decorated in unique and unexpected styles. Some rooms are beachy, others oriental, others Hispanic, and others with a combination of everything.... More

What a great place to stay, after traveling Florida for 2 weeks, We were fortunate enough to stay at The Casa Coquina. 1 Night turned into 3 nights, and We would have stayed longer but our vacation ended. The rooms we stayed in (3 different ones) were very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I don't think the... More

My wife and I had a great one night stay at this bed and breakfast on our way from SC to Ft. Lauderdale. The hosts, Ginny and Dennis, were very nice and informative. The accommodations were nice and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed at Casa Coquina Del Mar in the Diamond suite while attending the Orion launch. Ginny & Dennis are fantastic hosts. The Orion launch was very early in the morning and Ginny had made snacks that we could take with us – very thoughtful and very good! Ginny & Dennis know all the attractions in the area and can direct... More
