The service at the Bristol Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any situation. The hotel is in a good location for public transportation with the trolly line on one block and several major bus routes located on the other block. Across from bus station but no big deal. Walk on block to large mall, 3 blocks to gaslamp district, bus stop around corner, trolley around other corner. Bus #7 to Balboa Park. Room spacious and clean. Nice touches, like i pod stand and robes. Lobby nice with computer. more
