Upon going to our room we noticed we did not have any toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap). I called the front desk and after a while someone delivered a partially used tube of shampoo and a small tube of conditioner; no soap. Been here now 2 times and nothing has changed. Rugs are disgusting, covered with stains. Hotel arrangement of rooms and wide hallways is really strange and everything needs a paint job.
