Loved it here. We read some of the negative comments from other travelers so we knew it might be hit and miss but it was a "hit" for us! Great room, friendly staff, great location to the Zoo and beaches. more

My boyfriend and I both grew up in San Diego and know the area well. We know that Mission Valley does not have 4 star hotels, but since we were attending an event nearby for his work, we decided to stay a quick cab drive away at the Sheraton. First of all, the moment I walked in the room it... more

I booked a King Club room and was on the mountain side. The only free parking was at the back of the property. Late at night it was kind of scary. My key card keep locking me out and the hallways were very dark, still and warm. Yuck. When I first walked in the room it smelled of Chinese food... more

This was in a good location, right off the interstate. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early 2 hours! I wasn't happy about the $14 parking fee and the $10/ day internet charge. Overall, I get annoyed with the "nickel and dime" charges of staying at a hotel. *standing on soap box* If... more

This hotel is in the perfect location and is quite nice. It is right off of the 8 in San Diego (Hotel Circle) and very convenient to the 5. It takes just minutes to get anywhere! The hotel has a nice lobby, concierge, computer for guest use. We have stayed here often when visiting our son, and the staff is... more

This was a decent Sheraton. Not the absolute best I've stayed at but one of the nicer ones. The only thing I didn't like is that we were in a handicap room. Why not love it? The bathroom was huge but didn't have any counter space. I ended up moving the tray that the shampoo was on, the tissue box,... more

The Sheraton San Diego at Mission Valley is a pretty standard Sheraton. The rooms are decent size for two people, beds were comfortable (not as good as the Heavenly Beds at higher level Sheratons, but comfortable enough) and everything was nice and clean. The room also had a decent sized dresser and closet. (Better than the armoirs in a lot... more

This is a great hotel if you just want a nice clean room to stay in. It has a restaurant, but it is very simple. It also has an executive lounge for business travelers and Preferred Guests that serves a free light breakfast in the morning. This is a nice basic hotel. The staff seemed willing to take care of... more

Very comfortable, fresh, and new-looking property with a kind and welcoming staff. Checked in late at night for one night, with my online request for a room away from the elevator and ice machine immediately accommodated. The staff truly seemed interested in ensuring my brief stay was just right. The room was very up-to-date, quiet, fresh and clean. Also, the... more
