I have stayed in quite a few Days Inn hotels and I am not a very picky person. Some of them were worse than the others. But this time I just had to write a review because I want to let others know about our experience. The receptionist at this hotel seemed to have mood swings so one moment she... More

I stayed for 2 nights, I did not look up reviews on this hotel before I left which I will never do again. This hotel is old and run down. Same as the other reviews the rooms smell bad, My toilet seat was even cracked. No security. I could go on for a while. I wanted to turn around and... More

Old and pretty much wore out. The room had a musty, dusty feel and smell. Check in time was later than advertised. The noise level from the nearby freeway was very loud.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over labor day weekend. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The front desk staff overcharged us for one night, despite the fact that I had my confirmation print out indicating the rate I was supposed to pay. They did correct this eventually but I had to go back a... More

I knew we were in trouble at check in when people were asking to be removed from rooms because they were dirty. The room was old, dirty, run down and lacked security. The bathroom smelled like urine. We were so horrified that we asked for a credit for our room and made reservations at another hotel. The only thing nice... More

This hotel was very clean, in a safe area and conveniently located; however, the room fixtures were very worn. Most of the other reviews were pretty accurate, and we got what we paid for. Parking was good (and free), and the pool and spa were surprisingly well-maintained. If you are just looking for an inexpensive, clean, safe room, this property... More

Before arriving at the hotel, I was completely worried about the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotel. I read that the hotel was smelly and dirty. However, the rooms that I stayed in were beyond my expectations. The front desk didn't give me my rooms until around 2 pm when in actuality I got there at 1pm at the... More

I won some gift certificates to Days Inn and Sea World back in February. I booked a room at this hotel for two nights at $150 a night. Upon arrival at the hotel just after 1pm, I was told that check in was not until 3pm. The desk clerk said they would try to get us in early and when... More

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and very clean! The kitchen was pretty much useless though but you can check out pots and pans from the front desk. The pool was clean the jacuzzi was warm! It felt great after a day of swimming in the ocean! The hotel is about 10 minutes from Sea World,... More

The room was decent and the location was great for the money, however, customer service was lacking, as were housekeeping, the kitchenette, and the "continental breakfast". Being my first time in San Diego, I had some questions that nobody at the fron t desk could answer - about the trolley, a local breakfast place, how to exit the highway to... More
