This is a nice, well located hotel. We've stayed here in the past and enjoyed it enough to return. However, during our most recent visit we encountered a lot of pressure to hear a presentation about ownership. First we received a call in our room inviting us to visit the concierge for help with our vacation planning and to receive... More

Visiting near-by friends in San Diego was easy. We found a parking space across the street so did not have to use valet parking. Left the car parked and walked to many convenient restaurants, etc. Main entrance has only stairs, a bit difficult for old hips and knees. Once inside, we found the staff friendly and accomodations very comfortable. The... More

The rooms are really cute...art deco. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for driving around the city. Enjoyed the campy nature of this older hotel and it character. Our room was comfortable and even though you heard running water at times, it was not a bother.

We had a suite with a very large, maybe double-size living room. Very nice. Lovely urban-boutique-hotel decorating, too. More closet space than we could use. Kitchen was small, not enough space to really cook much but sufficient for snacks, carry-in, and leftover re-heating. Bathroom was sleek, very small and had no place to put toiletries, or even towels! (Some other... More

Loved the room! Perfect for our needs. I would have given this a higher rating except for two issues. The bed/pillows were very hard. We stayed two nights and were glad it wasn't longer. A softer bed would have given this rating a 4. The other issue is very small and just personal preference. We like natural light. The black-out... More

This was the 12th visit to this property in 12 years. It has been renovated and taken over by Wyndham. We had a two bedroom suite with patio for four women. The new decor looks like they had a trailer of left overs from other properties....the wonderful ambiance of a few years ago is gone. They have eliminated the restaurant... More

The Inn at the Park in San Diego is undergoing some big changes. We have visited several times in the past before they joined the Wyndham chain. The suites have been remodeled very tastefully and are spacious and well laid out. During our visit the rooftop restaurant was closed to make room for a fitness center and possibly a bar... More

Although this is a time-share hotel it proved to be to our advantage as the room was huge and there was the bonus of a small kitchen. The location was good, next to the park which is magnificent. The hotel staff were efficient with good advice and a map where to visit. The only downside for me was the valet... More

I may have been blinded by how much I loved San Diego, but I loved this hotel. The location was great for me, right next to the park so I could go for my morning run through the trails. Parking was easy on the street straight out front or you could valet. Very helpful and nice valet/security guy. We are... More

We are in San Diego for a wedding weekend. We are also WorldMark owners. My husband and I are in a 1 bedroom/1bath deluxe room that is huge with a big living room, kitchen and bedroom. Our daughter and her husband with 3 kids are in a much larger 2 bedroom place....big enough for her littlest 2 year old to... More
