I stayed here recently for a conference. I stayed a couple of nights here and a couple of nights at the Marriott next door. The service was great, but it's an older hotel and isn't as nice as the Marriott. The gym is very dated, the pool is nice but all concrete. The rooms are clean and well appointed, but... More

I stayed here with my wife and 2 small kids while I was attending a conference. WOW! We paid a little extra for a premium view room, and it was WELL worth the price. We had an amazing view overlooking a navy ship from the 25th floor. I could have sat and looked out the window all day. My family... More

I stayed here two nights while attending a business conference in San Diego. The hotel is massive, but I did not have any trouble finding the meeting rooms, or with the elevators being slow. I had a great view of San Diego Bay on the 29th floor, which they said had been recently renovated. The room had everything I needed... More

When we arrived we checked in and were given the incorrect room (we wanted 2 beds this had one) but the view was amazing...once the error was corrected we checked into our room and found it to be a little outdated and it smelled a little musty...but all of this was overlooked because of the great views our room offered... My boyfriend & I planned a California coast trip - and it began in San Diego, while he was on a business trip and staying here. I met him out here and as my cab reached up the driveway to the Hyatt, I was in awe at it's size. The driveway canopy overhead hangs a complex looking lamp the size... More

We stayed here for 5 nights while my spouse attended seminars at the Convention Center. The convention center is only a few steps away and this is a great location if visiting the convention center, seaport village, and the gaslamp district. I love the views and the window partially opens to allow a breeze and some city noise or music... More

Dear 4realguy, Thank you so much for the nice comments! It doesn't get much better than "Simply the best!" We're excited to hear you enjoyed our convenient location and pool area activities - nothing says 'summer' like roasting s'mores (my personal favorite activity here on property)! We do hope you'll be back to see us soon! Warmest Regards, Kristin Helms... More

I stayed here for three nights attending a trade show at the hotel. Overall, had a wonderful stay. Check in was efficient and the hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This is a large hotel, but it doesn't feel as gynormous as the other big hotels near the convention center. The room itself was nicely appointed... More

I picked this hotel since the conference I was attending was also at this venue When you first walk into the hotel it seems very luxurious with lots of marble, huge ceilings, artwork etc, but my room in Harbor Tower was entirely the opposite. When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was a water stain on... More

Our clean and quiet west-facing room in the newly renovated Harbor Tower was attractive, modern, and provided a very nice view of parts of the city and the harbor while also overlooking the pool. The city lights at night were gorgeous. Parking was $26 overnight; had we known that, I would have reduced my offer on Priceline. The hotel offers... More

This hotel is outdated and tired. Stains on the carpet, dingy bathroom, "dirty" feel and just general tiredness. Seemed to be under minor renovation everywhere - construction in the second tower (where I had the misfortune to be staying) so lovely jackhammer noises etc. The lobby had construction and to add insult to injury the steam and sauna room were...
