Great location ...Seaport Village with unique shops is in its backyard, the new Police Headquarters with upscale restaurants and a Sunday farmers market is just across the street, walking distance to Gaslamp and Little Italy and to the main train station (Santa Fe Depot). Plus all the rooms - which are very modern and minimalist - have great harbor views!... More

My card did not work and I could not get back in my room after hours of shopping and four bags and 30 min to get ready for dinner. It happens, I know, I travel a lot. However never has it been handled so poorly. I took the elevator down to the front desk. Because I did not have photo... More

Thanks Manchester Hyatt for a memorable mini-vacay (vacation) to San Diego. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. We got upgraded to a room with a great view of the bay. The concierge was helpful and we enjoyed the adult pool very much. The hotel is walking distance to most attractions (e.g., Seaside Village) and the train station. All... More

This hotel is located near the convention Center and near the Gaslamp district. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice. It has a clean, sleek, modern minimalist look. Rooms are average size. The gym which I used twice are located in another tower and is pretty large for a hotel. The club lounge is large and... More

First the staff at checking were extremely rude. I was using a gift certificate given to us as a gift and I felt like a second class citizen. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and AC was so noisy you couldn't get to sleep. Internet was almost non existent.

Hotel staff is always very polite & accommodating. We had an upgraded corner room and could see all of downtown San Diego & the USS Midway. Great hotel for ComicCon - far enough away from the craziness & crowds, but still walking distance to the convention center. The walk to and from the convention center along the bay instead of... Excellent service with highly engaged staff at every encounter. It was evident that each Hyatt associate care about our experience. Suggest requesting room that does not back to elevator if you are looking for a quite night.

Our 5 night stay here was the perfect way to start our honeymoon. All the staff were great, especially the concierge who have great advice and recommendations. The room was a good size, comfortable bed, black-out curtains and modern bathroom with a powerful shower. The view we had overlooking the marina and Coronado bridge was amazing. The breakfast is extra... More
