This hotel is a bit far from the typical Convention type activities in downtown SD. However, I like to walk and ended out walking the 15-20 minute trek down to the Convention Center several times. Good location, the hotel is situated Downtown San Diego and is a great place to visit the majority of San Diego's touristic attractions.
